中文摘要:改革开放以来,我国电子信息产业取得了长足进步,催生出一批在规模上已经与国外同类企业不相上下的大型企业。然而,企业规模的扩大,并不等同于企业综合实力的整体提升,并不意味着业已摆脱“世界工厂”的定位,并不意味着业已跳出“引进落后—再引进—再落后”的“Zeno悖论”陷阱,也并不意味着业已擎起由“中国制造”向“中国创造”成功转型的大旗。为此,本文选取电子信息产业链中段核心企业为研究对象,运用差异化战略和技术创新理论来探索此类企业的竞争发展之路。本文在阐明研究背景、研究对象、研究基本思路和对相关文献进行回顾与评析的基础上,围绕本文所设计的关于电子信息产业链中段核心企业战略定位、差异化战略支撑体系和循环式技术创新体系三个模型,重点开展了以下内容的研究: (一) 电子信息产业链中段核心企业差异化战略的驱动因素。本部分运用“电子信息产业链中段核心企业战略定位的三维分析模型”剖析了电子信息产业链中段核心企业面临的动态竞争环境及其特征,总结归纳了基于动态竞争环境的两种差异化战略驱动因素:产业驱动和市场驱动,并分析了其独特的上下游竞争态势及对电子信息产业链中段核心企业的驱动传导机制。 (二)电子信息产业链中段核心企业差异化战略的支持系统。在这部分,本文从产业景气循环、产业生命周期、产业转移与升级方向分析了电子信息产业链中段核心企业差异化战略的环境影响因素。针对此类企业的特点,运用企业差异化战略的一般性来源理论,分析了此类企业差异化战略的独特性来源。在以上分析的基础上,论述了电子信息产业链中段核心企业差异化战略的支持体系:技术创新、顾客响应、政府扶控、商业模式。 (三)电子信息产业链中段核心企业的技术创新系统。这部分是本文的核心内容,它围绕本文提出的“电子信息产业链中段核心企业技术创新循环体系”理论模型而展开,主要内容分布在本文的第五至第八章中。第五章在对电子信息产业链中段核心企业的技术创新特征、可供选择的创新模式和选取原则进行理论与实际分析的基础上,提出了适合发展中国家电子信息产业链中段核心企业混合型技术创新模式。第六章通过对多个案例的剖析,提出了电子信息产业链中段核心企业的产品和工艺技术创新方向。第七章分析了电子信息产业链中段核心企业技术创新路径与障碍,具体探讨了我国此类企业技术创新的路径选择。第八章主要探讨了电子信息产业链中段核心企业技术创新平台的架构与整合,并研究设计了该类企业技术创新的绩效评价指标体系,为企业进入下一轮竞争提供参考和依据。 (四)关于理论框架与研究成果的实证调查和检验。最后本文通过问卷调查与分析对本文的研究成果进行验证,并在结论与后续研究展望部分进一步总结全文的研究成果,提炼出政府对电子信息产业链中段核心企业技术创新支持的政策建议,并结合本文局限性,展望继本文后在研究对象、研究内容、研究方法上可进行的后续研究。  
英文摘要:As the electronic information industry has a very high degree of industrial linkage, extremely is the driven source of economic growth, as well as optimizing the allocation of resources and reducing consumption of resources, it has become a competitive industry as well as an important support. Since opening-up, Chinese electronic information industry make a larger progress , but still limited to the "world factory" position, and has gone into a " low-cost "competition and" introduction-falling behind, further introduction- backward again " such as Zeno's trap. This theoretical study analyzes three-dimensional model of the strategy positioning , the support system of differentiation strategy, especially focusing on the technological innovation system of the focal firms in the middle section of the electronic information industry from point differentiation strategy .In this paper, the framework and analysis are as follows: First of all, the drivers of the differentiation strategy of the focal firms in the middle section of electronic information industry chain are analyzed. With the profound changes in the market situation and technology, enterprises are facing competition in a dynamic environment in its characteristics, and there are two differentiation strategy drivers based on dynamic business environment: industry-driver and market-driver. Combined with the unique features of electronic and information industry, the transmission mechanism from competition of advanced and backward section to middle section is considered. Finally, by introducing the successful practice of the electronic information industry chain, buyers’ purchasing standards are concluded. Second, the support system of the focal firms in the middle section of electronic information industry chain are discussed. Tracing the path and features of the industry, analysis of impacts from the dynamic competitive environment, industry business cycle, the life cycle of industry, industrial upgrading and industrial shift on technological innovation and differentiation strategy are demonstrated, and all these factors together constitute unique source of the differentiation strategy. Finally, the support system of the differentiation strategy in such enterprises are discussed. And then, the technological innovation system of the focal firms in the middle section of the electronic information industry are discussed.This is the principal section of this paper.The fifth chapter explores the features and choose principle of the technological innovational model of the focal firms in the middle section of electronic information industry, then discussed a mixed innovation pattern should be applied by enterprises in developing countries. The sixth chapter discusses the direction of technological innovation of the focal firms in the middle section of the electronic information industry chain . The seventh chapter exploreers the obstacles to the path of technological innovation and choice of the focal firms in the middle section of the electronic information industry chain, then develops two models of technological innovation under the analysis of the obstacles. The eighth chapter discusses the product and process innovation platform of the focal firms in the middle section of the electronic information industry chain which apply differentiation strategy, designs technological innovation performance measurcs system of the focal firms in the middle section of the electronic information industry chain. Finally, detailed researchs to framework and result of this papers. based on the support system of differentiation strategy and the technological innovation system of the focal firms in the middle section of the electronic information industry, put forward a demonstration model and related assumptions, then followes by a detailed research, abstracts policy of government support about the focal firms in the middle section of the electronic information industry chain, forecasts the later research based on limitations of this papers.
