中文摘要:受“大众创业,万众创新”等利好政策的影响,我国的创业数量实现了快速 增长,但行业竞争激烈、政策情境多变、市场环境复杂等因素使我国的创业企业 的创业活动面临着来自不确定环境的挑战。而创业机会发展是创业活动的核心环 节,创业者如何通过与环境互动来推动创业机会发展就成为了应对不确定环境的 关键。 创业自我效能感和效果推理理论为这一问题提供了新思路。已有研究表明在 不确定环境下创业者的创业自我效能感更为显著,并且使得创业者更倾向于采取 效果推理逻辑,而效果推理决策逻辑是一种在不确定环境下进行决策的启发式逻 辑,会对创业活动产生深刻影响。虽然相关研究较为丰富,但仍存在不足之处: 一是已有研究在解释创业自我效能感与创业机会发展的关系时,集中于创业机会 发展的机会识别阶段,未详细剖析创业自我效能感影响创业机会发展的各个阶段 的动态机制;二是已有研究对不确定环境下效果推理逻辑影响创业活动的过程机 制的解释较为薄弱。因此,本研究尝试纳入过程视角来进行动态研究。 基于以上分析本研究提出了研究问题:在不确定环境下,创业者的创业自我 效能感、效果推理逻辑如何影响创业机会发展?并将其拆分为三个具体问题:(1) 在不确定环境下,创业者在不同阶段会表现出怎样的创业自我效能感?(2)在 不确定环境下,创业者的创业自我效能感如何作用于效果推理逻辑?(3)创业 者的创业自我效能感如何通过影响效果推理逻辑来作用于创业机会发展?为回 答以上问题,本研究以 X 集团的 P2P 创业项目作为研究对象,采用纵向单案例 研究方法,得出不确定环境下的创业机会发展过程模型,以及三点主要结论:(1) 创业者为应对不确定环境的动态性和敌对性会表现出与之适配的创业自我效能 感。(2)在不确定环境下,与创业自我效能感相匹配的效果推理逻辑作用于创 业机会发展的不同阶段,从而推动创业机会发展的进程。(3)创业机会发展过 程包括创业机会识别、评估、开发三个阶段,各个阶段之间相互作用,循环迭代。 本研究打开了创业自我效能感、效果推理逻辑影响创业机会发展的机制的黑箱, 为创业者提高应对不确定环境的能力提供了理论指导。 
英文摘要:Under the influence of favorable policies such as "business startups and innovation", the number and scale of entrepreneurship in China have achieved rapid growth. However, due to fierce industry competition, changeable policy situation and complex market environment, the entrepreneurial activities of China's entrepreneurial enterprises are facing challenges from uncertain environment. The development of entrepreneurial opportunities is the core of entrepreneurial activities, so how entrepreneurs interact with the environment to promote the development of entrepreneurial opportunities has become the key to deal with the uncertain environment. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and effectuation theory provide new ideas for this problem. Previous studies have shown that entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial self-efficacy is more significant in uncertain environment, and entrepreneurs tend to adopt effectual logic. Effectual logic is a heuristic logic for decision-making in uncertain environment, which will have a profound impact on entrepreneurial activities. Although the relevant research is relatively rich, there are still some deficiencies: first, when explaining the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial opportunity development, the existing research focuses on the opportunity identification stage of entrepreneurial opportunity development, and does not analyze the dynamic mechanism of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in each stage of entrepreneurial opportunity development in detail; Second, the explanation of the process mechanism of effectual logic influencing entrepreneurial activities in uncertain environment is relatively weak. Therefore, this study attempts to bring the process perspective into the dynamic research. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward the following research questions: under the uncertain environment, how do entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial self-efficacy and effectual logic affect the development of entrepreneurial opportunities? It is divided into three specific questions: (1) In the uncertain environment, what kind of entrepreneurial self-efficacy do entrepreneurs show in different entrepreneurial stages? (2) In the uncertain environment, how does entrepreneurial self-efficacy affect the effect reasoning logic? (3) How does entrepreneurial self-efficacy affect the development of entrepreneurial opportunities through the effect reasoning logic? In order to answer the above questions, this study takes the P2P entrepreneurship project of X Group as the research object, adopts the longitudinal single case study method, and obtains the entrepreneurial opportunity development process model under the uncertain environment, as well as three main conclusions: (1) in order to deal with the dynamic and hostile of the uncertain environment, entrepreneurs will show adaptive entrepreneurial self-efficacy. (2) In the uncertain environment, the effectual logic matched with entrepreneurial self-efficacy acts on different stages of entrepreneurial opportunity development, thus promoting the process of entrepreneurial opportunity development. (3) The development process of entrepreneurial opportunity includes three stages: identification, evaluation and development. Each stage interacts and iterates. This study opens the black box of the mechanism of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and effect reasoning logic influencing the development of entrepreneurial opportunities, and provides theoretical guidance for entrepreneurs to improve their ability to deal with uncertain environment.
