中文摘要: 在经济全球化竞争日益激烈的当下,提升技术创新能力已经成为企业获取持续竞争优势的关键。但是考虑到自身资源的有限性,企业难以依靠自身满足技术创新的需求,因此企业通过构建高效的创新合作网络获取外部创新资源,进而提高创新能力就显得至关重要。现代信息技术快速发展,知识和信息流动加速,合作网络中的知识流动是企业提高技术创新能力的关键。 本文在相关文献基础上,从知识流视角出发,围绕企业技术创新能力提升的三个方式:企业间技术转移、校企间科学向技术的转化、企业自身创新能力与技术的相互促进,将企业技术能力提升系统划分为校企联盟网络知识流动子系统,企业联盟网络知识流动子系统和企业技术能力提升子系统三个子系统,以系统动力学为方法构建校企联盟和企业联盟创新网络知识流动的系统模型。在该模型中,围绕企业创新知识存量增长与知识流动的关系展开,把知识流动在双重网络中的各项活动看成一个系统。基于各创新网络主体的因果关系,模拟出知识流动对企业知识存量的影响机制。通过仿真分析和对有关敏感性参数 的调整,分析不同情况下知识流动对企业技术创新网络知识提升的贡献,找出影响知识流动效率的重要因素。 仿真结果显示:(1)企业知识存量影响企业的创新策略选择,知识存量较低时,选择合作网络的方式进行创新更有利于企业创新能力的提高;知识存量较高时,选择自主创新更有利于创新能力的提高;(2)知识转化能力、校研知识创新能力、网络成员知识共享、企业创新战略和新成员平均知识量均会在不同程度上增加企业知识存量,提高企业技术创新能力;(3)知识流动对企业知识存量的提高有延迟效应。这说明,企业为了实现创新目的而嵌入或构建企业网络时,需要根据企业内部情况和合作目的进行选择,同时需要提高企业自身的知识转化能力。本文研究结果对于我国企业通过构建联盟网络开展创新、提高自身技术创新能力有一定现实意义。 
英文摘要: In the current increasingly fierce competition of economic globalization, improving the ability of technological innovation has become the key for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. However, considering the limitation of their own resources, it is difficult for enterprises to meet the needs of technological innovation on their own. Therefore, it is crucial for enterprises to build efficient innovation cooperation networks to obtain external innovation resources and improve their innovation ability. With the rapid development of modern information technology, the knowledge and information flow is accelerated. The knowledge flow in the cooperative network is the key to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises. On the basis of relevant literature and from the perspective of knowledge flow, this paper focuses on three ways of improving enterprises' technological innovation ability: technology transfer between enterprises, the transformation of science to technology between universities and enterprises, and the mutual promotion of enterprises' own innovation ability and technology are divided into three subsystems: knowledge flow subsystem of university-industry alliance network, knowledge flow subsystem of enterprise alliance network and enterprise technology ability improvement subsystem. Based on the system dynamics, the system model of knowledge flow in the alliance and the alliance innovation network is constructed. In this model, the relationship between the growth of enterprise innovation knowledge stock and knowledge flow is developed, and each activity of knowledge flow in the dual network is regarded as a system. Based on the causal relationship between innovation network subjects, the influence mechanism of knowledge flow on enterprise knowledge stock is simulated. Through simulation analysis and adjustment of relevant sensitivity parameters, this paper analyzes the contribution of knowledge flow to enterprise technology innovation network knowledge improvement under different circumstances, and finds out the important factors that affect the efficiency of knowledge flow. The simulation results show that :(1) The knowledge stock affects the choice of innovation strategy. When the knowledge stock is low, the cooperative network is more conducive to the improvement of innovation ability. When the stock of knowledge is high, choosing independent innovation is more conducive to the improvement of innovation ability. (2) Knowledge transformation ability, knowledge innovation ability of university research, knowledge sharing among network members, innovation strategy of enterprises and average knowledge amount of new members will increase the stock of knowledge and improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises to different degrees. (3) Knowledge flow has a delayed effect on the improvement of enterprise knowledge stock. This indicates that when enterprises embed or build enterprise networks for the purpose of innovation, they need to choose according to the internal situation of enterprises and the purpose of cooperation, and at the same time, they need to improve their own ability of knowledge transformation. The results of this paper have certain practical significance for Chinese enterprises to construct alliance network to carry out innovation and improve their own technological innovation ability.
