中文摘要：	资金是企业的“血液”，是维系企业生存的重要保障。与单一企业相比，集团型企业资金管理的重要性更为突出。如何有效的实施对企业集团的资金管理和提高资金使用效率呢？当前，对有条件的企业集团实行资金集中管理是提高资金效率的重要途径，加强资金集中管理也已成为大多数企业集团的共识。因此，研究我国企业集团的资金集中管理对于加强我国企业的财务管理，促进企业集团发展具有一定的实用价值，这也正是写作本文的初衷。 通过资金集中管理，依托现代化的信息网络技术，以实现资金的统一筹集、分配、使用、管理和监督，从而达到资金使用效率的最大化。科学合理的设计企业集团的资金管理模式以及资金管理信息系统是企业集团资金管理理论和实践上的重要内容。同时，在日常资金管理过程中的计划与控制也是资金管理的核心所在。本文在这一指导思想下，以TD公司资金管理为案例，对企业集团资金管理分析进行了分析和总结，分六章对其进行了论述。 第一章，绪论部分，提出了企业集团资金管理研究的目的及意义；并资金管理相关文献进行了简单的总结和概括；然后对本文的行文机构和创新点做了说明。第二章，企业集团金管理的理论基础部分，主要介绍了企业集团及其资金能管理特征；企业集团资金管理存在的问题；企业集团进行资金管理的必要性和可行性分析等内容。第三章，进入案例分析部分，首先对案例公司的背景进行了简要的分析，分析其资金管理存在的问题及问题成因，以及实施资金管理的能为其带来的效果。第四章，通过介绍资金管理的模式种类，以及不同资金管理模式下的资金管理组织体系，企业集团如何选择资金管理模式等内容，重点介绍了案例公司资金管理模式的选择。第五章，对案例公司的资金管理系统设计进行了全面说明，包括案例公司资金管理总体规划、流程设计、控制体系设计等内容。第六章，对案例公司的资金管理进行了成功经验的总结和不足的分析，并提出了由此引发的一些企业集团资金管理方面的思考。
英文摘要：	Fund is the "blood" of enterprises. It forms an important guarantee to maintain the survival of enterprises. Compared with a single enterprise, the importance of group enterprise’s fund management is of greater prominence. How to effectively implement fund management of enterprise group and improve the efficiency in the use of fund? At present, to practice centralized fund management in enterprise groups which possess conditions required is an important way to improve the efficiency of fund. It has also become a consensus of the majority of enterprise groups to strengthen the centralized management of funds. Therefore, the research of centralized fund management of China's enterprise groups has a certain practical value for strengthening the financial management of Chinese enterprises and for promoting the development of enterprise groups, and that is the original intention of writing this article. To practice the centralized management of funds and to make use of modern information network technology is a way to achieve the unification of capital raising, distribution, use, management and supervision, so as to achieve the maximum efficiency in the use of funds. A scientific and rational design of financial management model and information systems of fund management of enterprise groups is an important aspect in the theory and practice of enterprise group fund management. At the same time, planning and control in the process of day-to-day management of funds is the core of financial management. In this paper, under the guidance of this ideology the author makes an analysis and conclusion of enterprise group fund management taking the case of TD Company as an example. The paper includes six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction in which the author proposes the meaning and purpose of the study of enterprise group fund management and briefly summarizes the literature relating to financial management. Then there is a description of construction and innovative points of this article. Chapter two is the theoretical basis of the fund management of enterprise groups, which mainly introduces the management features of enterprise groups and their funds, the problems in group fund management, the necessity and feasibility of the fund management. Chapter three enters the part of case study. First of all, there is a brief analysis of the background of the case company and the problems and cause in its fund management as well as the effect of fund management. Chapter four focuses on the choice of the fund management of case company through presentation of the model types of fund management as well as the different fund management system under fund management model and how to choose fund management model. Chapter five carries out a comprehensive system design on the fund management of case company, including the overall planning of the fund management of the case company, process design, control system design, etc. Chapter six is an conclusion of successful experiences and disadvantages of the case company's financial management. Finally, the author combines with the issue of this paper and puts forward a series of summary conclusions of practicing fund management in enterprise groups.
