| 中文摘要: | 创业者亟需借鉴和学习不同且有效的决策逻辑,以在充满不确定性和新兴科技高速发展的创业环境中提高新创企业的生存率。美国维吉尼亚大学商学院Sarasvathy教授提出的效果推理就是新兴的研究视角之一。尽管效果推理在创业管理的研究已逐渐增加,但其逻辑的形成机制尚未被充分地探讨和解释。 专家型创业者基于丰富的创业经验学习而采用效果推理,认知重评则为一种情绪调节策略,能提升个体的正面情绪。本研究从社会认知理论,尤其是其中的自我效能感获得灵感,以此探究在认知重评的影响下,创业学习能否以及如何影响效果推理逻辑的使用。研究尝试回答以下问题:创业学习为什么以及如何诱发效果推理?过程中有无其他的影响因素?这个过程是否能形成一个清晰的逻辑链从而被创业者吸收和掌握? 本研究使用问卷调查方法收集数据,在中国全国范围内对新创企业创业者进行线上线下相结合的、时长为一个半月的问卷回收。基于157份调查问卷,本研究对效果推理的影响机制进行实证分析,发现创业学习对其有明显的正向作用,自我效能感对其也有明显的正向作用,且自我效能感在创业学习到效果推理的关系之中起到部分中介作用,认知重评在前置因素和中介变量之间发挥调节效果。本研究的结果说明创业者能够通过培养自我认知重评的品质,从创业学习出发以提高自我效能感运用效果推理逻辑。 本研究分析创业学习如何在创业自我效能感的中介作用下影响创业者使用效果推理逻辑,以及认知重评如何调节创业学习和创业自我效能感,探索了效果推理的形成链路逻辑,拓展了认知重评的研究,为创业者吸收和掌握效果推理逻辑提供一定的理论依据。 关键词:创业学习;自我效能感;效果推理;认知重评 | |
| 英文摘要: | In a world full of uncertainty and high technology, entrepreneurs seek to learn from diffident decision-making logics to survive in competitive environment of new ventures. The effect reasoning proposed by Professor Sarasvathy is one of the emerging research perspectives. Although the application of effect reasoning in entrepreneurial research has gradually increased, its logical formation mechanism has not been fully explained and explored. Expert entrepreneurs use effect reasoning based on rich entrepreneurial learning. Inspired by Bandura's Social Learning theory, the research introduces self-efficacy into the study of effect reasoning logic, and explores how entrepreneurial learning affects effect reasoning under the influence of reappraisal use. The research tries to discover several questions: Why and how does entrepreneurial learning induce effect reasoning? Are there other influencing factors in the process? Can this process form a clear logical chain so that it can be absorbed and mastered by entrepreneurs? Based on reliable and authoritative measurement scales from existing literatures home and abroad, the research chooses a data method of questionnaire survey, and a one-and-a-half month long questionnaire was collected for start-up entrepreneurs across China. Based on the analysis of structural equation model and by using tools like SPSS and Amos Graphics, the research not only finds that entrepreneurial learning has a positive effect on effectuation, but also figures that self-efficacy can positively influence effectuation. Moreover, self-efficacy may can mediate in process of entrepreneurial learning to effectuation, and cognitive reappraisal may can regulate in process of entrepreneurial learning to self-efficacy. The outputs above show that entrepreneurs can use the effectuation logic to improve self-efficacy by cultivating the quality of self-recognition and re-evaluation, starting from entrepreneurial learning. The research analyzes how entrepreneurial learning influences entrepreneurs to use effectuation logic under the mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and how cognitive reappraisal regulates entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, explores the formation link logic of effect reasoning, and expands the study of cognitive reappraisal provides theoretical basis for entrepreneurs to absorb and master the effectuation logic.
