中文摘要:当前,我国经济进入“新常态”,国内宏观经济增速放缓、中美贸易摩擦持续,加之“新冠”疫情带来的不利影响,使得商业银行的经营发展面临沉重压力,也给我国经济以及社会稳定性带来严峻挑战。如何处置不良资产,是银行业当前面临的重要课题和严峻挑战。在当前经济形势下,资产价值普遍降低,处置难度进一步增大。尽管数万亿的不良资产规模使不良资产行业再次繁荣,越来越多的参与者趋之若鹜。但从商业银行主体角度,如何提升内部风险防控能力,加快对不良资产的处置和剥离,成为银行业当前面临的一项重要课题。 本文以HB银行天津分行为视角,结合天津地区经济特征,深入剖析HB银行天津分行不良资产成因、不良资产分类及其特点。通过逐一分析HB银行现有不良资产处置方式,分析其现阶段处置过程中存在的突出问题及问题成因,提出HB银行天津分行不良资产处置优化思路和流程构建。同时,积极探索新兴的处置模式,对HB银行天津分行丰富其不良资产处置手段,探索发展新处置途径具有重要借鉴意义。 本文的研究结论及建议为通过强化不良资产分类处置措施、通过债务重组盘活不良资产、加强同资产管理公司合作等HB银行天津分行现行不良资产处置模式,提出优化方案和具体实施措施,提升不良资产处置效率。通过人才培养、制度建设、流程管理、绩效激励等内部制度建设,提出HB银行天津分行优化不良资产处置策略的实施保障措施。此外,本文积极探索HB银行天津分行“互联网+不良资产”、不良资产基金化、不良资产证券化等新兴处置方式。从优化资源配置,资源整合的角度丰富处置方式,为银行业从业者对新兴模式的设计、创新以及执行上提供了理论支持和实务上的启发。 
英文摘要:At present, China’s economy has entered a “new normal”, the domestic macroeconomic growth rate has slowed, the Sino-US trade friction continues, and the adverse impact of the “Covid-19” epidemic has put heavy pressure on the business development of commercial banks, and also brought severe challenge to our country’s economy and social stability. Disposing of non-performing assets has become an important topic and severe challenge in front of the banking industry. Under the current economic situation, the value of assets is widely decreasing and the disposal is becoming more and more difficult. Although the scale of trillions of non-performing assets has made the non-performing asset industry prosper again, more and more participants are flocking to it. From the perspective of commercial banks, how to improve internal risk prevention and control capabilities and accelerate the disposal and divestiture of non-performing assets has become an important issue facing the banking industry. From the perspective of the Tianjin branch of HB Bank, combined with the economic characteristics of the Tianjin area, this paper deeply analyzes the cause of non-performing assets, the classification and characteristics of non-performing assets of the Tianjin branch of HB Bank. By analyzing HB Bank’s existing non-performing asset disposal methods one by one, analyze the outstanding problems and the causes of the problems in the current non-performing asset disposal process, and propose the optimization ideas and process construction of HB Bank Tianjin Branch’s non-performing assets disposal. At the same time, actively exploring a new model of disposal of non-performing assets has important reference significance for HB Bank Tianjin Branch to enrich its disposal methods of non-performing assets and explore new ways to dispose of non-performing assets. The research conclusions and recommendations of this article are to strengthen the classification and disposal of non-performing assets, revitalize the non-performing assets through debt restructuring, strengthen cooperation with asset management companies as the disposal method of TJ Branch of HB bank , propose optimization and specific implementation measures to improve the efficiency of disposing of non-performing assets. Through talent development, system construction, process management, performance incentives and other internal system constructions, propose the implementation guarantee measures for optimizing the disposal strategy of non-performing assets in TJ Branch of HB Bank. Upon this basis, this article actively explores emerging non-performing asset disposal methods such as “Internet+non-performing assets”, non-performing asset funds, and non-performing asset securitization in Tianjin Branch of HB Bank. From the perspective of optimizing resource allocation and resource integration, it enriches the disposal methods of non-performing assets of commercial banks, and provides theoretical support and practical inspiration for the design, innovation and implementation of emerging models for banking practitioners.
