中文摘要: | 在能源问题日趋紧张的今天,单靠节能和火电行业无法满足巨大的电力需求 增长。水力发电作为无污染发电方式,是对发电行业的重要补充。目前我国水电 开发程度仍低于西方发达水平,水电站发电效率也处于较低水平,水电设备故障 率仍高居不下。为使水电品质提升,水电站安全运行和经济高效运行,作为水力 发电核心部件水轮发电机组的管理愈发重要。TF 公司作为历经 40 余年的老牌企 业,过去发展一直是以量取胜,以速度取胜的公司战略。为了在行业竞争日益激 烈的今天生存,企业将工作中心转移到提高质量,减少成本战略。因此对水轮发 电机精益质量管理效果进行评价,具有重要意义。 本研究首先介绍了精益管理和模糊层次分析法相关理论和方法。基于水轮发 电机组管理现状和存在质量问题,通过对企业历史资料和产品质量情况进行分析 得到产品质量影响因素;再通过阅读文献,检索相关重要理论,得到质量控制要 素;通过专家访谈对上述指标进行评定,得到精益质量控制评价指标体系。其次, 模糊层次分析法评判和分析模型建立水轮发电机精益质量管理评价模型。最后, 以 TF 企业水轮发电机组转轮制作为例,评价了 TF 企业水轮发电机组转轮精益 质量管理情况并提出优化策略。 本研究利用对评价体系的权重分析得出结论,一级指标是质量策划管理、过 程技术质量管理、过程设备质量管理、人员能力管理、外协单位质量管理、客户 交互管理。经过模型建立和数据分析,企业目前精益质量水平处于良好水平,但 在自主保养体制,员工参与度及客户投诉率等方面存在问题。同时对指标的评价 改进意见,提出利用生产保养技术改善设备;建设企业文化,培训多样化人才提 高员工能力;强调过程沟通,提高客户满意度等方式,改善了企业存在的问题, 提高了企业管理能力。 | |
英文摘要: | In today's increasingly tense energy problem, energy-saving and thermal power industries alone cannot meet the huge power demand growth. As a pollution-free power generation method, hydropower is an important supplement to the power generation industry.At present, the level of hydropower development in my country is still lower than the developed level in the West, the power generation efficiency of hydropower plants is also at a low level, and the failure rate of hydropower equipment is still high. In order to improve the quality of hydropower, the safe operation and economical and efficient operation of hydropower stations are becoming more and more important for the management of hydroelectric generating sets, which are the core components of hydropower generation. As a veteran company with more than 40 years of experience, TF has always developed a corporate strategy of winning by quantity and speed. In order to survive in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry today, companies shift their focus to improving quality and reducing cost strategies. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the effect of lean quality management of hydroelectric generators. This research first introduces the related theories and methods of lean management and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Based on the management status and existing quality problems of hydro-turbine generator sets, the factors affecting product quality are obtained by analyzing the historical data and product quality of the enterprise; then by reading literature, searching for relevant important theories, and obtaining quality control elements; interviewing the above indicators through expert interviews Carry out the evaluation and obtain the quality lean control evaluation index system. Secondly, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process evaluation and analysis model establishes the quality lean management evaluation model of hydroelectric generators. Finally, taking the manufacture of runners of TF enterprise's hydro-generator sets as an example, the quality of TF enterprise's hydro-generator sets runners' quality lean management situation is evaluated and optimization strategies are put forward. This study uses the weight analysis of the evaluation system to conclude that the first-level indicators are quality planning management, process technology quality management, process equipment quality management, personnel capacity management, quality management of outsourcing units, and customer interaction management. After model establishment and data analysis, the company's current lean quality level is at a good level, but there are problems in the independent maintenance system, employee participation, and customer complaint rate. At the same time, the evaluation and improvement opinions of the indicators are proposed to use production and maintenance technology to improve equipment; to build corporate culture, train diverse talents to improve staff capabilities; emphasize process communication, improve customer satisfaction, etc., improve the existing problems of the company and improve the management of the company ability. | |
