| 中文摘要： | 摘要 施工项目的成本管理，是工程建设项目实施过程中极具复杂性和监管必要性的一项活动。对施工项目成本进行有效控制，有利于提升企业自身的竞争力和维护企业的经济效益。 本文以A企业因产能扩大而建设VWP污水处理施工项目为研究对象，结合所学到的成本管理相关知识，综合运用挣值理论、成本动态控制理论对该施工项目的成本管理工作展开论述。论文首先介绍了项目研究内容与意义、施工项目成本管理的相关概念及施工项目成本管理的影响因素，其次介绍了成本管理的相关方法，然后介绍了VWP污水处理施工的项目概况及成本管理的独特性及该项目成本管理存在的问题，随后制定施工项目成本计划并开展施工项目成本控制，运用挣值分析方法来分析偏差产生的原因，采取对应的纠偏措施，并对纠偏后的项目成本开展了成本控制考核和成本效果评价。 通过对VWP污水处理施工项目成本管理的具体实例分析，进一步引发了对施工成本管理的探索和思考，总结了相关经验，施工项目建设的复杂性对项目成本管理的水平提出了更高的要求。论文最后对全文进行了总结，提出了研究中的不足，并对日后的发展进行了展望。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Abstract The cost management of construction project is an activity which is very complicated and necessary with supervision in the construction process. Effective control of construction project cost is beneficial to enhance their own competitiveness and maintain the economic benefits of enterprises. In this paper, the VWP sewage treatment construction project constructed by A enterprise due to the expansion of production capacity is taken as the research object. With the help of cost management knowledge learned, construction project cost management is discussed by comprehensively using the earned value theory and the cost dynamic control theory. The paper introduces project content and significance, cost management related concepts, construction project cost management factors, the cost management related methods, the project overview of VWP sewage treatment construction, and the uniqueness of cost management and the cost management problems. Then the construction project cost plan is developed and the construction project cost control is carried out and earned value analysis method is used to analyze the causes of the deviation with corresponding corrective measures taken. The cost control assessment and cost effect evaluation are carried out on the project cost after the correction implementation. Through the VWP sewage treatment construction project cost management analysis, further thinking of the construction cost management is triggered and experience is summarized. Complexity of the construction project requests higher level requirements of project cost management. In the end, the paper summarizes the research, points out shortcomings and looks forward to the future development of construction cost management. | |
