中文摘要: | 科学数据是科技创新和社会发展的重要基础性资源。随着科学研究活动的大量开展与第四代科研范式的到来,科学数据量呈现指数级增长。目前科学数据管护的实践主体以科学数据中心、高校图书馆、科研机构等为代表,档案机构参与科学数据管护的理论与实践均不充分,这在一定程度上导致科学数据收集分散、价值鉴定缺失、长期保存困难等问题。而科学数据与科研档案均为科学研究活动中产出的重要信息资源,同时档案机构在科研档案及电子文件管理中具有较为丰富的实践与理论经验,因此在科学数据管护的全生命周期中探讨档案机构参与的模式机制,发挥的作用价值等问题具有十分重要的意义。基于此,本研究以文件生命周期理论与数据管护模型为基础,采用案例研究法、比较分析法、内容分析法、半结构化访谈法选取国内外 5 所档案机构、科学数据中心、科研院所等主体为案例对象开展调研,分析当前实践进程中档案机构参与科学数据管护的现状与问题,从中总结归纳出当前档案机构参与科学数据管护的主要模式:职能合并式、资源共享式及独立运行式,并在此基础上提出我国档案机构参与科学数据管护的参考性意见,具体包括:档案机构应转变工作思路,提升数据意识、加强与数据中心的沟通协同并积极开展实践试点,为科学数据管护目标的实现给予支撑。本研究共有图15幅,表6个,参考文献94篇。 | |
英文摘要: | Scientific data is an important basic resource for technological innovation and social development. With the development of a large number of scientific research activities and the arrival of the fourth-generation scientific research paradigm, the amount of scientific data has increased exponentially. At present, the main body of scientific data curation is represented by scientific data centers, university libraries, scientific research institutions, etc. The theory and practice of the participation of archival institutions in scientific data curation are insufficient, which to a certain extent leads to the scattered and value of scientific data collection problems such as missing identification and long-term storage difficulties. Scientific data and scientific research archives are both important information resources produced in scientific research activities. At the same time, archival institutions have relatively rich practical and theoretical experience in scientific research archives and electronic records management. Therefore, it is of great significance to discuss the mode and mechanism of the participation of archival institutions and the value of the role played in the full life cycle of scientific data curation. On the basis, this research is based on the theory of record’s life cycle and data curation model, using case study method, comparative analysis, method, content analysis method and semi-structured interview method to select five domestic and foreign archival institutions, scientific data centers, and research institutes. Subjects such as the institute conduct investigations for the case objects, analyzed the current status and problems of archival institutions’ participation in scientific data curation in the current practice process, and summarized the main modes of current archival institutions’ participation in scientific data curation: functional consolidation, resource sharing, and independent operation, and on this basis, put forward the reference opinions of China's archival institutions to participate in scientific data curation, including: archival institutions should change their working thinking, enhance data awareness; strengthen communication and coordination with data centers; and actively carry out practical pilots.
