中文摘要：	互联网的蓬勃发展催生了“互联网+医疗”的兴起，从而推动了一大批在线健康社区的成立和发展。在线健康社区是互联网web2.0时代背景下，患者、医生、关注健康人群线上了解健康知识、分享医疗信息、交流诊治经验的重要平台和工具。用户是在线健康社区的核心力量，在特定的在线健康社区中，如慢友帮、甜蜜家园等，患者是社区用户的主体，患者们通过分享自己的医疗健康信息，互相交流，达到他们的病情交流、疾病诊治、治疗结果、病后康复等方面的医疗信息交流目的。患者们的在线交流，让信息资源得到充分流动，对患者自身而言也扩大了信息交互圈子，提高了个人的信息素养。 本文从信息生态角度出发，探究在线健康社区中患者信息共享行为。信息生态是由信息、信息环境、信息人和信息技术构成的统一整体，以前从信息生态角度出发研究在线医疗健康社区用户行为，都是关注于整体用户的信息行为，因此本文从患者用户入手具有创新性。本文结合信息生态理论、社会交换理论、社会认知理论和理性行为理论，构建在线健康社区患者信息共享行为影响因素模型。以信息共享意愿做因变量，信息真实性、信息时效性、交互氛围、信息环境监管、自我效能、信任、技术安全性和技术易用性为自变量，在此基础上设计调查问卷。最后，运用SPSS和AMOS软件对问卷调查数据进行分析，并为促进在线健康社区患者信息共享行为提出意见和对策。 本文对285份调查问卷进行建模分析，得出结论，信息维度的信息真实性、信息环境维度的信息环境监管、信息人维度信任、信息技术维度的技术安全性和技术易用性对在线健康社区患者信息共享意愿有正向影响，患者信息共享意愿对其共享行为具有调节作用。在得出此结论基础上，从四个方面为激励患者用户在在线健康社区中信息共享行为提出建议。
英文摘要：	The vigorous development of the Internet has given birth to the rise of "Internet + Medical", which has promoted the establishment and development of a large number of online health communities. The online health community is an important platform and tool for patients, doctors, and people who care about health to understand health knowledge, share medical information, and exchange diagnosis and treatment experience under the background of the Internet web2.0 era. Users are the core force of the online health community. In certain online health communities, such as Manyoubang, Tianmijiayuan, etc., patients are the main body of community users. Patients share their medical and health information and communicate with each other to achieve their condition. The purpose of medical information exchange in terms of communication, disease diagnosis and treatment, treatment results, and rehabilitation after illness. The online communication of patients allows the full flow of information resources, expands the circle of information interaction for the patients themselves, and improves personal information literacy. In the opinion of information ecology, this article explores patients’ information sharing behaviors in online health communities. Information ecology is a unified whole composed of information, information environment, information people and information technology. Previous studies on user behavior in online medical and health communities from the perspective of information ecology focused on the information behavior of overall users. Therefore, this article starts with patient users. Innovative. This paper combines information ecology theory, social exchange theory, social cognition theory and rational behavior theory to construct a model of influencing factors of patients' information sharing behavior in online health communities. Taking information sharing willingness as the dependent variable, information authenticity, information timeliness, interaction atmosphere, information environment supervision, self-efficacy, trust, technical safety and technical ease of use as independent variables, the questionnaire is designed on this basis. Finally, use SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the questionnaire data, and put forward opinions and countermeasures to promote the online health community patient information sharing behavior. This paper conducts a modeling analysis on 285 questionnaires and concludes that the information authenticity of the information dimension, the trust of the informant, the technical security and the ease of use of the information technology dimension have a positive effect on the willingness of patients to share information in the online health community, the willingness of patients to share information has a moderating effect on their sharing behavior. On the basis of this conclusion, suggestions are made for motivating patient users to share information in online health communities from four aspects.
