中文摘要：	当前，中国建筑业正处于产业结构调整的关键时期，建筑施工企业与投资商之间正在形成一种更为广泛、灵活和复杂多样的相互选择、合作共赢的伙伴关系。施工技术在建筑项目施工过程中发挥着重要的作用，但是传统的施工技术管理方法并不能适应日益激烈的市场竞争环境，亟待改进。本文在对施工技术管理研究的基础上，以具体工程项目为研究对象，选择施工技术管理方法研究为核心研究内容，对技术管理工作在施工项目中如何开展的问题进行研究。本文详细说明了天津电力建设公司在施工项目前期和施工项目中后期施工技术管理工作的流程和相关制度，并对天津电力建设公司的施工项目技术管理平台的构建做了详细说明。本文最后使用京丰发电项目作为案例，证明了此套管理流程和管理平台的有效性。文中所提到的天津电力建设公司施工项目技术管理方案和施工技术管理平台建设方法，对大型施工企业进行施工技术管理提供了一个很好的解决方案。
英文摘要：	At present, china construction industry is during the key period of structure adjustment, when a new relationship between contractors and employers is appearing, which is a kind of mutual selective friendship more extensive, flexible and complicated. Construction technology plays a more important role during construct process for construction project. Furthermore, tradition method for technology management can’t suit for the increasing fierce market competition. Improvement is needed. This thesis, which is based on the research of construct technology management methods, is mainly focus on the problem about how to organize technology management during construct process in construction project, which is the research target of this thesis. In this thesis, Tianjin Electric Power Construction Company’s (TEPC) work process of construction technology management in project prior medium and final stage and the develop process of management platform for TEPC construction technology documentations is detailed introduced. At the end of the thesis, the effectiveness of the management process and the management platform has been certified by a case study according to the practical application on Launch Company’s project management. In practice，this thesis can provide a certain solution for the work of technology management for large contractors in china.
