中文摘要:从1948年英国皇家学会科学信息会议开始,对于特定群体的信息行为研究就成了信息科学的重要研究课题,国内外学者对教师群体的信息行为研究主要集中在中小学教师和高校教师,对中小学培训机构教师的研究很少。但是现阶段我国中小学培训机构体量庞大,增速惊人,并且自从 2010 年,我国强调教师教学信息化以来,中小学培训机构教师多渠道、高效率搜寻信息已是时代之必需。 本研究以河北省范围内中小学培训机构教师作为研究对象,希望得到中小学培训机构教师的信息搜寻行为特征及其影响因素,借此进一步充实整个教师群体的信息搜寻行为研究,为培训机构及其相关信息服务部门提供启发与建议。 本研究前期对教师群体中的中小学教师和高校教师进行文献阅读,得出这两类教师群体的信息搜寻行为特征;后依据德尔文的意义建构理论随机抽取10名符合条件的教师实施访谈,了解其信息需求、信息源的选择、信息搜寻渠道的选择、信息搜寻过程中的阻碍,根据访谈得到的结果归纳出这一特定群体的教学相关信息搜寻行为及可能的影响因素,绘制影响因素量表,以此完成调查问卷设计;随后,在河北省范围内随机抽取任教时间超过半年的中小学培训机构教师进行问卷调查,进行信度和效度检验及探索性因子分析;最后通过SPSS等软件对不同年龄、教龄、学历及机构规模的教师对比,分析其信息搜寻行为特征,对比分析其与其他教师群体的异同点及原因,得出影响其信息搜寻行为的因素。 研究结论如下:(1)中小学培训机构教师在“教案问题”、“教学策略问题”与“考情信息”三个方面的信息需求大,“教科书”、“教学大纲”和“教学参考书”是培训机构教师的首选信息源,他们会优先选择网络渠道搜寻,主要是“搜索引擎”、“专门教育网站”、“专门学科网站”。(2)不同年龄的中小学培训机构教师信息需求不同;不同任教方式(兼职/全职)不影响教师获取信息的渠道。(3)培训机构的教学任务和信息质量对教师的信息搜寻行为有显著影响;个人因素对信息搜寻行为有轻微影响;教学环境因素对信息搜寻行为有间接影响。  
英文摘要:Since the scientific information conference of the Royal Society of England in 1948, the research on the information behavior of specific groups has become an important research topic of information science. The research on the information behavior of teachers at home and abroad mainly focuses on primary and secondary school teachers and university teachers, and there is little research on Teachers in primary and secondary school training institutions. However, at this stage, China's primary and secondary school training institutions have a huge volume, and the growth rate is amazing. Since 2010, China has emphasized the informatization of teachers' teaching, it is necessary for primary and secondary school training institutions to search for information through multiple channels and efficiently. This study takes the teachers of primary and secondary school training institutions in Hebei Province as the research object, hoping to get the information search behavior characteristics and influencing factors of teachers in primary and secondary school training institutions, so as to further enrich the research on the information search behavior of the whole teacher group, and provide inspiration and suggestions for training institutions and related information service departments. In the early stage of this study, we read the literature of primary and secondary school teachers and university teachers, and obtained the information search behavior characteristics of these two types of teachers; Then, according to the meaning construction theory of Dervin, 10 qualified teachers were randomly selected for interview to understand their information needs, the choice of information sources, the choice of information search channels, and the obstacles in the process of information search. According to the results of the interview, the teaching related information search behavior and possible influencing factors of this specific group were summarized, and the influencing factors scale was drawn, In order to complete the questionnaire design; Then, teachers from primary and secondary school training institutions who have been teaching for more than half a year in Hebei Province were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey, and the reliability and validity tests and exploratory factor analysis were carried out; Finally, through SPSS and other software to compare teachers of different ages, teaching years, educational background and organization size, analyze the characteristics of their information search behavior, compare and analyze the similarities and differences between them and other teacher groups, and find out the factors that affect their information search behavior. The research conclusions are as follows: (1) teachers in primary and secondary school training institutions have a great demand for information in the three aspects of "teaching plan problems", "teaching strategy problems" and "test information", and "textbook", "Syllabus" and "teaching reference book" are the preferred information sources for teachers in training institutions. They will give priority to search through Internet channels, mainly "search engine" and "teaching reference book" "Special education website" and "special subject website". (2) Teachers of different ages have different information needs; Different teaching methods (part-time / full-time) do not affect teachers' access to information. (3) The teaching tasks and information quality of training institutions have a significant impact on Teachers' information search behavior; Personal factors have a slight impact on information search behavior; The factors of teaching environment have indirect influence on information searching behavior.
