中文摘要：	当今社会信息化发展迅猛，大数据时代下，大数据的影响力不仅存在于技术层面，可以说已经深入扩展到整个社会经济生活之中。大数据对企业的变革具体表现如下：使用大数据升级企业的竞争力，使用大数据的企业的环境生态得以改善，产业结构得到优化升级，企业组织结构的调整得以实现。财务组织架构的选择在企业的变革中处于关键位置。 上世纪80年代，福特、通用等美国大型制造业集团企业提出了一种共享服务理念——为了提升效率和节约成本，通过集中不同事业单元之间相同并且重复设置的财务流程到独立的共享中心处理以此来达到一定的规模效应。此后三十年，借助信息化手段的提高，共享理念和实践应用高速发展，该模式也被在分布于全球各地不同行业的集团企业人力资源、财务、信息技术等综合职能部门广泛应用，同时也成为了一种卓有成效的职能运营手段。 X互联网公司是一家增长速度极快的新兴公司，并根据自身企业的全球化特征，自身业务特点迅速高效建立实施财务共享服务的集团企业，财务共享服务的全球化，为企业在实施财务共享服务的过程中提供了一些借鉴和参考，本文在厘清财务共享服务的基础上，提出优化财务共享服务机制的相关建议，以期对于企业的转型和经济的发展有些许作用。 本文主要运用的研究方法为案例研究法和文献研究法。结合传统的财务共享中心特点，对比互联网企业的建立财务共享中心的独特性和挑战。财务共享服务中心实现了规模效应下的成本降低、财务管理水平及效率提高和企业核心竞争力上升，这充分体现了财务共享中心模式的优势，这与传统的企业财务管理模式有很大不同。 通过对X互联网公司财务共享中心存在的问题及原因分析以及相应的改进措施分析。希望能够给互联网公司的财务共享服务中心搭建与运营带来一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：公司集团；财务共享服务中心；互联网公司
英文摘要：	With the continuous development of the information society, the society has entered the era of big data, and the influence of big data has expanded from the technical level to the whole society. The changes of big data on enterprises are reflected in: improving the competitiveness of enterprises, changing the living environment of enterprises, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and promoting the transformation of enterprise organizational structure. Finance plays a key role in the transformation of enterprises. Financial Shared services to enterprises to concentrate limited resources in increasing the enterprise core value, cultivating and developing the activities of the enterprise core competitive ability, is helpful to reduce inefficient allocation of resources, eliminating redundant department, the enterprise resources concentrated in the field of higher value, realizing the maximization of value, is a strategic action of increasing enterprise value. X company is an extremely fast growth of emerging Internet company, and according to their own enterprise globalization features of its own business characteristics efficiently establish enterprise implementing financial Shared services group, the globalization of financial Shared services, in the process of implementing financial Shared services for the enterprise provides some reference, based on clarifying the financial Shared services, financial Shared services mechanism put forward relevant Suggestions, in order for the transformation of enterprises and the development of the economy have little effect. This dissertation uses case study and literature study. Combined with the characteristics of traditional financial sharing center, this dissertation compares the uniqueness and challenges of establishing financial sharing center in Internet enterprises. Different from the common enterprise financial management mode, the advantages of financial sharing service center lie in the cost reduction, the improvement of financial management level and efficiency and the increase of enterprise core competitiveness under the scale effect. Through the analysis of the problems and causes of the financial sharing center of X Internet Company and the corresponding improvement measures. It is hoped that it can bring more or less reference to the financial sharing service center of Internet companies which are facing the problem of inefficiency.
