中文摘要:SaaS(Software as a Service),软件即服务,是由美国Saleforce公司于2003年推出的一种新型软件应用模式,SaaS模式支持的是在线使用软件的方式,即,软件系统布署在位于SaaS供应商一方的服务器中,用户通过互联网络在线使用软件。SaaS模式与传统软件模式最大的区别是,用户不再需要购买授权许可套装软件,只以租用的形式向SaaS供应商支付使用软件的费用即可使用软件。管理软件是一系列以管理为目的的实现流程控制和规范的软件总称,这类软件多面向企业级用户。管理软件规模大,实施难度高,企业用户需要在专业的指导下才能建立起整个软件系统。所以,对于整体实力较弱的中小企业而言,企业自主构建管理软件系统存在一定的困难。此时,管理型SaaS产品的优势就显现出来。以在线客户资源管理系统CRM为主营产品的SaaS模式在美国市场的成功运营,说明将互联网和软件技术结合的SaaS技术在当今完全可以支持在线管理软件的实施和服务,并且它符合了互联网时代的管理软件的应用趋式。 中国SaaS市场起始于2004年,经过几年的发展,已经初具规模。由于中小企业对管理软件存在巨大的潜在需求,使SaaS供应商均将管理型SaaS产品的目标客户定位在中小企业需求群体,纷纷推出适合中小企业的产品和服务。但是就供需双方的现况而言,并没有实现预期的发展结果,所以,本文以管理型SaaS产品和中小企业为主要研究对象,希望对比和分析供需双方的实际状况,得出影响管理型SaaS产品在中小企业发展的因素,并且总结出符合中小企业管理型SaaS产品的定位,以及在SaaS模式下,中小企业应采取的管理对策。文中引用的数据来源于计世咨询、易观国际、IDC、中国计算机用户等几家国内的IT 调研机构。本文共分为五章,第一章绪论;第二章相关理论回顾;第三章、第四章是本文的主体章节,第三章以管理型SaaS产品的供需双方现状为背景,分析目前中小企业应用管理型SaaS产品的企业内部和外部影响因素;第四章,对比不同SaaS供应商提供的管理型SaaS产品的特征和服务,结合中小企业IT投资层次,分析针对不同层次中小企业的管理型SaaS产品的定位,以及SaaS模式下中小企业业务管理控制的调整;第五章,研究总结及建议。  
英文摘要:SaaS, Software as a Service, a new software application model established by American company Salesforce.com in 2003. SaaS is an application hosted on a remote server and accessed through the internet, and users make software available online. Differ from Traditional Software Model, users pay fee for renting, instead of purchasing software licenses, obviously, SaaS makes software application more flexible and convenient. And SaaS Model is the tendency that software industry is from sales-oriented to service-oriented. Enterprising Software is kind of software intended to solve an enterprise problems, such as, Enterprise Resource Planning system(ERP), Customer Relationship Management system(CRM), Supplier Chain Management system(SCM), Human Resource system(HR), etc. And there are really some troubles, when a Medium and Small-sized enterprise builds its own enterprising software system, because of the cost, IT tech and business control. It is the SaaS Model that caters the needs of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises for building enterprising software system, and solves the financial and technical problems for building enterprising software system. And success of on line CRM of Salesforce.com proves that internet & software technology do support online enterprising software and service in nowadays. Chinese SaaS market has been developing since the advent of SaaS model in 2004. Because SaaS suppliers have noticed the huge potential needs come from Medium and Small-sized Enterprises, and they focus their sales on Medium and Small-sized enterprises. But, it seems like the supply does not match the demand yet. So, the study tries to find out the factors that influence Enterprising SaaS Software extend among Medium and Small-sized Enterprises, and research market positioning of Enterprising SaaS Software for different Medium and Small-sized Enterprises, and offer business control measures for renting SaaS Software and Enterprise SaaS Outsourcing. The data collection of the study is from several IT research & analysis companies, they are, ccwresearch.com.cn, analysys.com.cn, IDC.com, ccu.com.cn. Five chapters are included in the study. Chapter one is research introduction. Chapter two is theoretical basis. Chapter three and Chapter four is the main subject. And Chapter three is internal and external factors analysis that influences enterprise’s SaaS adoption. Chapter four is mainly about researching market positioning of Enterprising SaaS Software, and new business and IT capability SaaS Outsourcing brings. Chapter five is conclusion, prospect and suggestion.
