中文摘要：	随着现代科学技术的不断进步和生产力的不断提高，现代物流企业作为第三产业提供服务，发展迅速，影响市场上商品交换效率和资金流转，在促进市场经济发展方面起着重要作用。作为现代物流企业的管理核心，财务风险不仅贯穿整个企业经营的全过程，而且财务风险管理系统预防和控制风险的能力，直接影响整个物流企业的经营决策和可持续发展。现今物流企业财务风险管理普遍存在着融资难度大、资金利用率低、预算不足、现金流管理低效、人力成本高等问题，导致财务风险管理体系抵抗风险的能力不足，严重影响了物流企业的正常经营。 随着物流业的快速发展，财务风险防范成为物流企业管理工作的核心，其中涉及资产管理、投资管理、现金流管理、经营成本控制、利润分配等内容是物流企业日常经营过程中重要的财务管理活动，为了有效开展这些活动，要求财务部门对企业的营运资金进行有效管理和合理配置。 本文选取JZ物流集团公司作为案例企业，研究其在财务风险管理制度方面存在的问题。首先，通过对JZ物流2017年至2020年财务数据的处理和计算，分析其资本结构、盈利能力和现金流质量，从偿债能力、盈利能力和营运情况三个方面对其面临的财务风险进行识别。第二，根据财务风险识别结果讨论JZ物流现行的财务风险管理制度和效果，从内部管理和外部效率两个方面分别提出存在的问题和不足，并通过发放调查问卷的形式对本文的结论提供专业支持。最后，根据内部管理和外部效率存在的问题，有针对性地提出应对和改进措施，进而为优化改善JZ物流财务风险管理制度提供改革思路及建议。
英文摘要：	With the progress of modern science and technology and the continuous development of productivity, modern logistics enterprises, as a service provider of tertiary industry, develop rapidly, it affects the efficiency of Commodity Exchange and capital circulation in the market and plays an important role in promoting the development of market economy. As the management core of modern logistics enterprises, financial risk not only runs through the whole enterprise management, but also affects the management decision and sustainable development of the whole logistics enterprise directly through the level of financial risk management and the ability of the financial risk management system to deal with risks. Nowadays, the financial risk management of logistics enterprises generally has such problems as insufficient budget, difficulty in financing, low capital utilization rate, poor cashflow management, high human cost and so on. As a result, the financial management system has insufficient anti-risk ability, which seriously affects enterprise operation. With the rapid development of logistics industry, financial risk prevention has become the core of logistics enterprise management, which involves asset management, investment management, cash flow management, operating cost control, profit distribution and other contents are important financial management activities in the daily operation of logistics enterprises. In order to effectively carry out these activities, it requires the financial department to carry on the effective management and the reasonable allocation to the enterprise's working capital. In this paper, JZ Logistics is selected as a case enterprise to study the problems in its financial risk management system. First of all, through the processing and calculation of the financial data of JZ Logistics from 2017 to 2020, this paper analyzes its capital structure, profitability and cash flow quality, and identifies its financial risks from three aspects: debt paying ability, profitability and operation. Secondly, the current financial risk management system and effect of JZ are discussed according to the results of financial risk identification, the existing problems and deficiencies are put forward respectively from the aspects of internal management and external efficiency, and the viewpoints of this paper are supported by issuing questionnaires. Finally, according to the existing problems in internal management and external efficiency, this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and improvement measures, and then provides reform ideas and suggestions for optimizing and improving the financial risk management system of JZ logistics.
