中文摘要:摘要在数字化时代,行政事务性的人力资源管理模式已经无法满足公司优化组织流程、激励员工并实现持久竞争力的需求。企业需要引入高级的管理理念来支持公司战略的实现和人力资源规划的实施,人力资源管理信息化逐步走进企业视野。人力资源管理信息化不仅是信息技术的应用,还是先进的管理思想和管理理念的结合,企业借助信息技术来获取人力资源相关的数据,并在此基础上进行大数据分析,将数据分析结果应用在管理实践中,通过信息化的手段高效地完成管理工作并提供更好的服务,使管理者能够更好的研究和思考人力资源管理的改革与发展。实现人力资源管理信息化之后,企业的人力资源管理模式将从单一部门管理转变为从管理者到普通员工自上而下的交互式全员管理模式。通过人力资源信息系统平台,公司全体员工都能够看到人力资源管理的作用和价值,激发员工积极参与其中进而形成新的管理视角。本文结合H公司本身的特点、实际业务需求及其人力资源管理信息化现状,从人力资源信息系统对其业务能力的覆盖率、支撑度等方面进行分析,剖析得出H公司在人力资源信息建设上缺乏统筹规划、系统实施深度不足、部分系统可视化及可操作性不高等问题, 探究H公司人力资源管理信息化升级目标与方向,形成对H公司人力资源管理信息化的升级策略。H公司人力资源管理信息化升级将从建设自助服务平台和共享服务平台,提升业务处理平台三方面实现数字化人力资源运营,通过建立大数据分析体系对信息管理、业务流程处理、决策分析等方面奠定信息基础,将流程化的数字业务平台融入到战略制定、决策依据、业务分析等方面。本文从H公司管理层面、项目实施层面、技术层面三方面为H公司人力资源管理信息化升级提供保障措施,从而保证项目升级的顺利实现,为国有企业人力资源管理信息化建设提出参考与借鉴。 
英文摘要:Abstract In the digital age, the administrative and transactional human resource management model has been unable to meet the company's needs for optimizing organizational processes, motivating employees, and achieving lasting competitiveness. Enterprises need to introduce advanced management concepts to support the realization of the company's strategy and the implementation of human resource planning, and the informationization of human resource management has gradually entered the corporate vision. Human resource management informatization is not only the application of information technology, but also the combination of advanced management ideas and management concepts. Enterprises use information technology to obtain human resource-related data, and on this basis, conduct big data analysis and apply the results of data analysis. In the management practice, through the means of information technology to efficiently complete the management work and provide better services, so that managers can better study and think about the reform and development of human resource management. After the realization of human resource management informatization, the enterprise's human resource management mode will change from a single department management to a top-down interactive full-staff management mode from managers to ordinary employees. Through the human resource information system platform, all employees of the company can see the role and value of human resource management, and stimulate employees to actively participate in it and form a new management perspective. This paper combines H company's own characteristics, actual business needs and the current status of human resource management informatization, and analyzes the coverage and support of its business capabilities from the human resource information system, and analyzes the H company's human resource information construction Lack of overall planning, insufficient system implementation depth, and low visibility and operability of some systems, explore the goals and direction of H Company's human resource management information upgrade, and form an informatization upgrade strategy for H Company's human resource management. The HR information upgrade of Company H will build a self-service platform, a shared service platform, and improve a business processing platform to achieve digital human resource operations. Through the establishment of a big data analysis system, it will lay information on information management, business process processing, decision analysis, etc. Foundation, integrate the process-oriented digital business platform into strategy formulation, decision-making basis, business analysis and other aspects.
