| 中文摘要: | 目前,我国宏观经济已进入下行周期,小微企业的经营环境日益恶化,随之而来的是不断上升的债务违约风险以及不良贷款率。为扭转国民经济的下行态势,国家要求商业银行加大对小微企业的支持力度。所以如何加强风险管理成为了摆在商业银行面前的主要问题,在面对如此多不利因素时,商业银行不仅要降低小微企业不良贷款率,而且要实现业务的可持续发展。 论文首先对小微企业的含义特征、信贷风险管理理论以及风险管理的内容进行了阐述。其次阐释了Z银行发展现状与信贷水平,对Z银行天津分行小微企业信贷业务风险管理的理念与流程以及存在的问题进行了分析,发现Z银行天津分行未意识到小微企业的高风险性、信息质量不可靠以及对担保的需求。再次,论文对Z银行天津分行小微企业信贷业务提出了风险管理的对策,例如如何规避系统性风险、采用简化的分析措施、建立担保体系、发展供应链金融。最后,论文提出了加强Z银行天津分行信贷风险管理的保障措施,例如打造智能化交流平台、加强团队建设,充实人才队伍,铺垫文化底蕴。为Z银行天津分行打造小微企业信贷业务风险管理体系建言献策,不仅对Z银行天津分行意义深远,也为我国其他商业银行提供了参考依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Currently, our country’s macro economy entering a period of economic downturn,the business situation of Small and micro businesses continue to deteriorate, debt default risk rises, and the non-performing loan rate rises, too. To reverse this downward trend,the government requires commercial banks to increase support for small and micro enterprises. The problem forced by commercial banks is how to strengthen risk management,reduce non-performing loans,and realize the sustainable development of businesses with all these disadvantages. First of all,this paper expounds the meanings of Small and micro businesses,Credit risk management theory and Risk management. Secondly, this paper analyzes the development status and credit level of Z bank,as well as the idea and process of credit risk management of Small and micro businesses in Tianjin branch of Z bank,and analyzes the existing problems in them, realizing Tianjin branch of Z bank is not aware of the high level of Credit risk, unreliable information quality and the need of additional security of Small and micro businesses. Thirdly,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the credit management of Small and micro businesses in Tianjin branch of Z bank. For examples, how to avoid system risk, simplify process, claim for additional security, and develop financial supply chain. Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures to guard against the risk of Tianjin branch of Z bank credit businesses, including building the intelligent information exchange platform,strengthening team building,enriching the talent teams and laying the foundation of culture. Offering advices and suggestions for Tianjin branch of Z bank for how to build credit business risk management system of Small and micro businesses, which is important not only for Tianjin branch of Z bank,but also for other commercial banks in our country. | |
