| 中文摘要: | 自21世纪,商业银行过于快速的发展速度引发了一系列问题与不足,例如,管理模式粗放、产品或服务同质化程度高以及创新水平低等。基于商业银行利率市场化以及金融脱媒速度的持续加速,标志着商业银行以进入“微利”时代,差异化、个性化及创新性是各商业银行保持市场竞争力以及实现可持续健康发展的核心。国家科技创新“十三五”规划中明确提出,金融科技产品以及服务模式创新是金融业发展的正确方向,商业银行应牢牢把握利好形势,基于自身总体发展战略,通过金融科技实现自身金融产品、经营模式和业务流程的多元创新、加速拓展、持续改进以及全面优化。 本文选取平安银行作为研究对象和具体案例,根据金融科技概念以及企业战略管理理论现阶段国内外研究成果,采用文献分析法、定性分析法以及调查研究法,结合平安银行科技发展现阶段的实际情况,应用PEST、波特五力模型以及EFE外部环境因素评价矩阵对平安银行现阶段所面临的宏观环境、行业环境和竞争环境进行全面分析及评价;通过平安银行自身内部所拥有科技资源以及所具备的科技能力进行全面分析,并应用IFE内部环境因素评价矩阵进行评价,得出平安银行金融科技发展战略现阶段所面临的外部机会与挑战,以及自身所具有的内部优势与劣势,构建SWOT矩阵模型得出适用于平安银行金融科技发展战略的最优战略。基于以上分析,明确平安银行金融科技发展战略的战略定位、战略目标以及实施原则,提出网点智能化、服务移动化、数据数字化、产品创新化以及盈利多元化具体实施方案,并分别从人资保障、管理保障、机制保障、技术保障以及组织保障五个方面提出具体的保障措施,以确保战略实施方案的顺利进行,从而有效提升平安银行同业市场竞争力及可持续健康发展。 同时,由于平安银行在我国12家股份制商业银行中处于中游位置,因此亦希望本文的研究成果能够为我国商业银行金融科技发展战略的制订与实施提供良好的价值参考及经验借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the 21st century, the rapid development of commercial banks has caused a series of problems and deficiencies, such as extensive management models, high homogeneity of products or services, and low innovation levels. Based on the continuous acceleration of commercial banks' interest rate marketization and financial disintermediation, it marks that commercial banks have entered the era of "low profit". Differentiation, individualization and innovation are the core of commercial banks to maintain market competitiveness and achieve sustainable and healthy development. . In the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Science and Technology Innovation, it is clearly stated that the innovation of financial technology products and service models is the correct direction for the development of the financial industry. Commercial banks should firmly grasp the favorable situation and realize their own financial products through financial technology based on their overall development strategy. , Diversified innovation, accelerated expansion, continuous improvement and overall optimization of business models and business processes. This paper selects Ping An Bank as the research object and specific case. Based on the current domestic and foreign research results of the financial technology concept and corporate strategic management theory, the literature analysis method, qualitative analysis method, and investigation and research method are used, combined with the actual situation of the current stage of Ping An Bank’s technological development, Apply PEST, Porter’s five forces model and EFE external environmental factor evaluation matrix to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the macro environment, industry environment and competitive environment Ping An Bank is facing at this stage; through Ping An Bank’s own internal technological resources and possesses Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the scientific and technological capabilities of Ping An Bank and apply the IFE internal environmental factor evaluation matrix to evaluate the external opportunities and challenges faced by Ping An Bank’s financial technology development strategy at this stage, as well as its own internal advantages and disadvantages, and construct a SWOT matrix model get the best strategy suitable for Ping An Bank's financial technology development strategy. Based on the above analysis, clarify the strategic positioning, strategic objectives and implementation principles of Ping An Bank’s financial technology development strategy, and propose specific implementation plans for branch intelligence, service mobilization, data digitization, product innovation, and profit diversification. , Management guarantee, mechanism guarantee, technical guarantee, and organizational guarantee put forward specific safeguard measures to ensure the smooth progress of the strategic implementation plan, thereby effectively enhancing Ping An Bank’s inter-bank market competitiveness and sustainable and healthy development.
