| 中文摘要: | 随着社会的进步,基础的学校教育难以完全满足民众更高层次的文化需求,各种社会办学的非学历教育培训机构由此应运而生,其在我国的教育体系中发挥着不可或缺的重要补充作用。然而,教育培训行业较低的进入门槛导致各机构间的竞争愈发加剧,随着运营成本的逐年提高,很多机构利润率呈现下降趋势,目前教育培训市场已成为一个典型的红海市场。因此,教育培训行业需要一种有别于传统竞争战略,有较强操作性的理论来规避竞争提升业绩,这就是本文将探讨的“价值创新”理论。 本文选择在教育培训行业经营数年的A公司作为研究对象。虽然其规模较小,但该公司却能够代表激烈竞争的中小微型机构目前的基本特征,将其作为研究对象具有较为普遍适用的价值。本文首先论述了研究的背景和意义,研究的范围和方法;其次,介绍了什么是价值创新理论以及实现蓝海战略的研究工具;然后,利用PEST分析及波特的五力分析分别对教育培训行业的一般环境和产业环境进行了研究,同时也对A公司的资源基础及核心能力进行概述;由此引出A公司重建市场边界及超越现有需求相应的方法,运用战略元素分析来绘制教育培训行业竞争者的战略布局图,并通过蓝海战略四步法来绘制全新的战略布局图,之后对A公司价值创新的商业可行性进行评价;最后,关于如何保障教育培训行业价值创新的顺利实施提出了三项具体的保障建议。本文希望通过对A公司实现价值创新过程的分析,来找到教育培训行业开辟蓝海的途径,从而促进教育培训行业更好的发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Because of the progress of our society, the basic school education can not completely satisfy the People’s higher cultural needs. As a result of it,various non-academic education and training institutions run by the society appear,which play an obbligato and significant supplementary role in the educational system of our country.However, lower entry barriers in the education and training industry are the reason for the increased competition among institutions.Besides with the increase of operating costs year by year,the profit margin of many institutions shows a downward trend,At present the education and training market has become a typical Red Sea market.Therefore,education and training industry needs a different from the traditional competitive strategy ,a strong operational theory to avoid competition and improve performance,this is the Value Innovation Theory which this article will discuss. In this paper , the author takes company A as an example.Meanwhile,this company has been running in the education and training industry for several years .Although the company is small,it can embody the current basic characteristics of medium small and micro organizations in fierce competition,as a research object it has a more universal value. To begin with ,this article discusses the research background and significance,the range of research and the methods.In addition, it introduces what is the Value Innovation Theory and the analysis tools and framework to achieve Blue Ocean Strategy; What is more,in order to study the general environment and industrial environment of the education and training industry,PEST analysis and Michael Porter’s five forces analysis are used in this paper.at the same time A company’s resource base and core competencies are outlined;This leads to A company to rebuild the market boundaries and beyond the existing needs of the corresponding method,and use strategic elements analysis to draw the strategic layout of competitors in the education and training industry,and draw a new strategic layout map through the four-step method of Blue Ocean Strategy, After that,the paper measures the commercial possibility of value innovation of company A.Eventually on how to ensure the successful implementation of value innovation in education and training industry, the author comes up with three specific suggestions for amelioration.Through the analysis of the value innovation process of company A, this paper hopes not only to find the way to open up the blue ocean in the education and training industry, but also to facilitate the progress of education and training industry. | |
