中文摘要:在航空公司的运营成本中,飞机维修成本大约占总成本的10%-20%,其中航材成本又占据了维修成本的一半。作为可控成本中压缩空间最大、价值管理最为复杂的关键要素,航材成本的控制和优化就成为航空公司提升经济效益、优化成本结构的关键突破点。加之目前我国在航材管理方面普遍存在库存成本高、库存积压严重等现象,如何通过提升航材管理水平而有效节约航空公司运营成本,寻求成本与保障率之间的最优解,是航空公司不可忽视的重要课题。 本文研究对象GH公司为我国骨干航空公司,无论在机队规模、维修能力还是品牌影响力上,都处于行业领先地位。一直以来,GH公司为保障航班的正常运行、提供更高质量的航空服务,在航材管理方面一味追求较高的航材保障率而忽略成本,在需求预测准确度不高的情况下加大航材的采购量,造成航材库存储备量过高、航材库存结构不合理等现象。如今,过高的库存资金积压正严重阻碍着GH公司的顺利经营。尤其随着2020年新冠疫情在全球范围内爆发,我国航空业也遭遇了前所未有的巨大冲击。国际航协也作出预测,航空旅行需求将需要五年时间才能恢复到新冠病毒疫情前水平。在这样的时代背景下,航空公司也进一步认识到了控制成本、节省开支的重要性。 本文将从GH公司航材管理现状入手,从库存的角度探讨公司目前存在的诸多问题,将供应链环境下的库存控制理论与信息技术下的库存控制方法相结合,从公司内部供应链与外部供应链两个方面提出GH公司在航材库存管理方面的优化对策:充分运用联合库存管理理念,以信息系统的优化升级作为技术基础,优化航材的分类预测方式,同时建立GH公司内部航材储备中心,并参与国内航材共享平台,将航材资源实现充分的共享,利用规模效应降低供应链上各企业的成本。通过对GH公司在优化策略方面的具体实施成果的叙述,论证了联合库存管理模式与信息系统优化升级对航材成本优化方面的积极性。同时,对内外部航材供应链库存控制设置了相应的绩效指标与保障措施。 论文结合GH公司的实际背景,研究了联合库存管理在航材管理中的应用模式,对民航业其他公司的航材管理具有一定的参考价值。 
英文摘要:In the operating costs of airlines, aircraft maintenance costs account for about 10% - 20% of the total costs, and the cost of aviation materials accounts for half of the maintenance costs. As the key element with the largest compression space and the most complex value management in controllable cost, the control and optimization of air material cost has become the key breakthrough point for airlines to improve economic benefits and optimize cost structure. In addition, high inventory cost and serious overstocking are common in aviation material management in China. How to effectively save the operating cost of airlines by improving the management level of aviation materials and seek the optimal solution between cost and guarantee rate is an important issue that can not be ignored by airlines. The research object of this thesis is GH company, which is the backbone airline in China. It is in the leading position in the industry in terms of fleet size, maintenance capability and brand influence. For a long time, in order to ensure the normal operation of flights and provide higher quality aviation services, GH company always pursues higher air material support rate and ignores the cost in the aspect of aviation material management. In the case of low accuracy of demand forecast, GH company increases the purchase quantity of aviation materials, resulting in high inventory reserve and unreasonable inventory structure of aviation materials. Nowadays, the overstocking of inventory funds is seriously hindering the smooth operation of GH company. In particular, with the outbreak of new epidemic in 2020, China's aviation industry will encounter unprecedented impact. IATA also predicted that it would take five years for air travel demand to return to the pre outbreak level of the new coronavirus. In this context, airlines have further realized the importance of cost control and cost saving. This thesis will start from the current situation of air material management of GH company, and discuss many problems existing in the company from the perspective of inventory. Combining the inventory control theory under the supply chain environment with the inventory control method under the information technology, this thesis puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of GH company in aviation material inventory management from the internal supply chain and external supply chain of the company: make full use of the concept of joint inventory management Based on the optimization and upgrading of information system as the technical basis, the classification and prediction method of aviation materials are optimized. At the same time, the internal aviation material reserve center of GH company is established, and the domestic aviation material sharing platform is participated in to realize the full sharing of aviation material resources, and reduce the cost of enterprises in the supply chain by using the scale effect. Through the description of specific implementation results of GH company in optimization strategy, the enthusiasm of joint inventory management mode and information system optimization and upgrading on aviation material cost optimization is demonstrated. At the same time, the corresponding performance indicators and safeguard measures are set up for the inventory control of internal and external aviation materials supply chain. Combined with the actual background of GH company, this thesis studies the application mode of joint inventory management in aviation material management, which has a certain reference value for other companies in civil aviation industry.
