中文摘要:随着经济发展以及消费者需求的变化,带来了中小企业竞争力的增加。本文中L公司属于快消外资企业中的领跑者,但是其自动化灵活程度相比于民营企业低,反应速度相比于小微企业慢,人员流动性相比于本土企业高。在众多因素并不占优势的情况下,为了在竞争激烈的市场中占据一席之地,首先需要使产品能够带给消费者好的使用体验感,用高质量的产品去赢得更多消费者的信赖,进而支撑企业的长远发展。高质量的产品需要在现有产品质量基础上进行产品质量改进。对于产品质量改进研究可以从外部反馈入手,更精准更全面的把握消费者需求,设计中融入并体现消费者需求;对于产品质量改进也可以从内部改进入手,从产品的生产过程控制,严格把控产品质量,确保流入到市场及消费者手中的每一个产品都是高质量的。 本文采用案例分析的方法,对L公司产品现状进行分析,提出L公司产品质量方面的主要问题即产品设计问题和产品过程控制问题;通过产品质量改进相关理论知识,结合L公司实际情况,对L公司存在的这两方面质量问题提出针对性的改进策略,产品设计方面以消费者为中心充分调研,把消费者需求体现到设计中,对设计的充分验证。生产过程质量改进方面,生产要素人和设备以及检测方法进行改进;最后针对改进策略进行对应的相关保障。 本文逻辑层层递进,根据相应的质量管理知识为理论依据,根据L公司实际问题进行分析,针对分析出的质量改进问题进行策略建议。本文的研究根据L公司的产品质量为讨论点,研究出的改进建议对同类制造业企业产品质量控制具有借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:With the development of economy, with the requirement changing of consumers. The competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises is increasing rapidly. As a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods enterprise, the foreign company L has a lower degree of automation than private enterprises, slower reaction speed and higher personnel mobility than small and micro enterprises. In order to occupy a place in the competitive market. Company L need to win with high-quality products, gain the trust of more consumers which may support company L with the long-term development of enterprises. High quality products need to be improved on the basis of existing product quality. For product quality improvement, we can start from the external and internal. For external wise, need gain the requirement from consumer with more accuracy and comprehensive research; for product quality improvement, we can also start from the internal which need focus on the production process for quality control, with extremely strict control of product quality to ensure that every product flowing into the market are all with high quality. This thesis uses the method of empirical analysis to analyze current products quality condition of company L. This thesis put forward current main problems of product quality, such as product design and product process control. According to the fundamental theory of product quality control and quality management, also combine with the actual situation of company L, this research puts forward the target to improvement product quality through the two aspects of company L. Taking the requirement of consumers as the first place, take the requirement into product design, and fully verifies the design. For the aspect of quality control element, labor ,equipment and detection methods are the way to improve the strategy; last but not least, corresponding support for the strategy of quality improvement such as technical, organizational cultural support are also discussed in this research. This thesis is with the fundamental theory of quality control, according to the condition of company L, give some strategy suggestions after a lot analysis of quality issue. Which may benefit a lot to other similar production company.
