| 中文摘要: | 伴随着我国市场经济及对外贸易的蓬勃发展,大型企业在迅速发展的同时,也面临着管理成本的增加和管理难度增大的双重难题。房地产中介行业更是如此,各企业为了更多的抢占市场份额,迅速扩张企业规模,分支机构也因此不断增加。贝壳集团在房地产中介行业具有一定的代表性,凭借其线上平台的优势和优质的经纪人队伍,吸引越来越多的加盟商加入贝壳平台,在房地产中介行业具有一定的话语权。 传统的财务管理模式如今在满足扩张型企业的管理需求方面显得捉襟见肘,而财务共享中心则通过大数据技术的加持,以其特有的处理效率高、成本相对低廉等优势,被越来越多的大型企业所采用。财务共享中心作为一种新的财务模式,既是财务的变革,也是公司管理模式的一种变革,非常适合贝壳集团这种城市分散,而且业态多样的企业。财务共享中心的运营管理需要紧密贴合财务职能和财务工作流程,以及财务在组织结构中的地位等进行安排。虽然贝壳集团通过实施财务共享中心的管理模式,目前已取得一定的成效,但其在运营管理中仍然存在着一些问题。本文通过对贝壳财务共享中心的运营管理优化研究,提出相应的优化建议,为公司不断完善财务共享中心提供参考。 本文选取贝壳集团作为研究对象,运用文献研究方法和实地调查,深入分析贝壳财务共享中心的运营情况。发现其在流程管理、信息管理、组织管理、人员管理这几个方面均存在不同程度的问题。以达成贝壳建立财务共享中心的目标为前提,针对贝壳财务共享中心当前在运营管理中所存在的问题,提出完善运营管理的优化建议,以期帮助贝壳集团提高财务共享中心的运营效果,并为其他企业的财务共享中心的优化提供参考借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Along with the vigorous development of the market economy in our country and foreign trade, large enterprises are also confronted with the double problems of increasing management cost and increasing management difficulty. Real estate intermediary industry even more so,in order to seize more market share, enterprises rapidly expand the scale of enterprises, so the number of branches is constantly increasing. BEIKE Group has certain representative in real estate intermediary industry, with the advantage of its online platform and quality broker team, attracting more and more franchisees to join BEIKE Platform has a certain discourse power in the real estate intermediary industry. The traditional financial management mode is now inadequate to meet the management needs of expanding enterprises, the financial shared service center is supported by big data technology, with its unique advantages such as high processing efficiency and low cost, it has been adopted by more and more large enterprises. As a new financial model, financial shared service center is not only a financial reform, but also a change in the corporate management model, it is very suitable for BEIKE Group, which is a dispersed and diversified enterprise. The operation management of the financial shared service center needs to be closely aligned with the financial functions and financial workflow, as well as the position of finance in the organizational structure. Although BEIKE Group through the implementation of the financial shared service center management model, has achieved certain effectiveness already, but there are still some problems in operation management. Based on the optimization research on the operation management of BEIKE Financial Shared Service Center, this paper puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions to provide references for the company to continuously improve the financial shared service center. BEIKE Group is selected as the research object in this paper, by using literature research method and field investigation, the operation of BEIKE Financial Shared Service Center is deeply analyzed. It is found that there are different degrees of problems in process management information management organization management personnel management. In order to achieve the goal of BEIKE to establish a financial shared service center as the premise, in view of the problems existing in the operation management of BEIKE Financial Shared Service Center, some suggestions are put forward to improve the operation management, in order to help BEIKE Group to improve the operation effect of financial shared service center, and to provide reference for other enterprises to optimize the financial shared service center. | |
