| 中文摘要: | 生产运营管理一直是企业管理的重要内容之一,企业获得竞争优势的能力在一定程度上取决于企业运营管理水平的高低。近年来,快速发展的经济和技术也导致企业间的竞争日趋激烈,为了更好的适应市场和客户快速多变的需求,赢得竞争优势,许多液压缸制造企业将多品种小批量订单式的生产模式作为应对市场快速变化的主要手段,但随之而来的高成本、低效率、长生产周期这些弊端也开始显现,影响到企业的整体效益,研究如何改进运营管理则成为企业的当务之急,特别是与生产效率相关的生产进度控制与工艺流程等。 本文在首先采用文献研究法介绍生产运营管理相关理论的基础上,再运用案例分析法和实地调研法深入CH公司研究运营管理的现状,并通过比较分析指出了出现目前状况的原因和优化生产进度控制与工艺流程的必要性;然后提出了从完善计划管理体系、供应链和库存管理、生产过程组织三方面优化CH公司生产进度控制,以及从改善产品开发流程、生产流程、加强标准化工作三方面优化工艺流程的改进策略。 本文在深入调查研究CH公司运营管理现状的基础上得出结论:CH公司的运营管理存在诸多问题影响了公司效益,应从产品层、制度层和核心层三个层次改进企业的运营管理。在产品方面,应将现有产品及系列标准化,优化产品设计流程;在制度方面,应完善公司的管理制度和激励机制,规范业务流程,制定应急预案;在核心层,应将运营管理及其改进纳入战略高度。通过对CH公司的运营管理的研究,为液压缸生产企业及相关产业改进运营管理、降低成本带来了一些新的启示。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Production operations management has been one of the important content of enterprise management, to a certain extent, the level of enterprise operation management is also an important factor to determine whether enterprises can obtain competitive advantage. Especially with the rapid development of economy and technology in recent years, the competition between enterprises are becoming increasingly critical. In order to win the competitive advantage, hydraulic cylinder manufacturers generally adopt multi-variety and small batch and MTO production mode to meet the rapid and changeable needs of the market and customers. Thus the attendant drawbacks of high cost, low efficiency and long production cycle are beginning to emerge, which affects the overall benefits of enterprises, and it is urgent and the top priority for enterprises to study how to improve the operation management, in particular, production schedule control and process related to production efficiency. On the basis of introducing relevant theories of production and operation management through literature research, this thesis uses case analysis method and field research method to deeply study the current situation of operation management of CH company, and points out the reasons for the current situation as well as the necessity of improving operation management through comparative analysis.Then it puts forward the improvement strategy of optimizing CH company's production schedule control from three aspects: perfecting plan management system, supply chain and inventory management, production process organization, and optimizing process flow from three aspects: improving product development process, production process and strengthening standardization work. Based on an in-depth investigation and study of the operation management status of CH company, this thesis draws conclusions as follows: There are many issues in the operation management of CH company, which affects company benefits. Therefore, the operation management of CH company should be optimized from three aspects: product level, system level and core level. In terms of products, existing products should be standardized to improve the product design process; In terms of system, the company's management system and incentive mechanism should be improved, business process should be standardized, and emergency plan should be formulated. At the core level, operation management and its improvement should be incorporated into the strategic level. Through the research on the operation management of CH company, it brings some new inspirations for the hydraulic cylinder manufacturers and related industries to improve the operation management and reduce costs. | |
