中文摘要: | 管理型人才是Z人寿承上启下,连接各专业人才的中枢神经。随着发展的深入,却逐渐被竞争公司所淘汰,其主要原因就是公司管理型人才缺乏。那么怎样留住Z人寿的高潜质员工对于Z人寿来说就显得尤为迫切。Z人寿中必不可少的关键因素是对于高潜质人才的选拔和培养,对于高潜质人才的选拔和培养是对于员工最基本、最直接的激励,因此我们应当极度重视。对于Z人寿来讲如何吸引外来人才,留住现有优秀人才,激励有用人才,提高业绩效率,在激励的市场中立于不败之地是目前必须去考虑去做的事情。对于高潜质人才的选拔和培养不仅可以使员工有更强的获得感和重视感,也可以使员工对公司产生进入感,调动员工工作的积极性,给员工更强的公司融入感,使员工能够最大程度的愿意为公司发挥自己的主观能动性。建立Z人寿保险公司高效的Z人寿管理类人才造血补充体系─高潜质管理类员工选拔与培养体系肩负着培养保险业管理类人才的重任。 本文通过详尽分析国内外高潜质管理类员工的研究现状、Z人寿保险公司高潜质管理类员工的培养体系,对Z人寿保险公司高潜质管理类员工的培养体系进行了改进设计。进一步建立了关于高潜质人才能力培养模型及描述了此类人才需要的能力。设计了高潜质管理类员工的选拔体系以及设计高潜质管理类员工的培养方案。本文以Z人寿保险公司保险公司高潜质人才挖掘及培养机制及存在的问题为研究对象,采用文献参考法、案例分析法、访谈法进行全面分析。运用Z人寿人力资源管理相关理论,在描述Z人寿保险公司高潜质人才挖掘及培养机制的基础上,进行了Z人寿保险公司高潜质管理类员工的培养体系分析和Z人寿保险公司高潜质管理类员工的能力模型构建;进而提出Z人寿保险公司高潜质管理类员工的选拔与培养策略。 | |
英文摘要: | Human resources is the first resource of enterprises, state-owned enterprises in China's national economy is playing an important role. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, enterprises all over the world are focusing their competitive advantages on "soft power" such as talent attraction and development and training. In Z Life management, managerial talent is the core factor for the development of Z Life. It can be said that managerial talents are the connecting link between the above and the below of Z Life, connecting the central nervous system of various professional talents. With the development of the in-depth, but gradually by the rival product company eliminated, the main reason is the lack of company management. Therefore, how to retain high potential employees of Z Life becomes more urgent for Z Life. The essential key factor in Z Life is the selection and cultivation of high-potential talents. The selection and cultivation of high-potential talents is the most basic and direct incentive for employees, so we should attach great importance to it. For Z Life, how to attract foreign talents, retain existing excellent talents, motivate useful talents, improve performance efficiency and remain invincible in the incentive market is what we must consider to do at present. The selection and cultivation of high-potential talents can not only make employees have a stronger sense of acquisition and importance, but also generate a sense of entry into the company, arouse their enthusiasm for work, give them a stronger sense of integration into the company, and enable them to exert their subjective initiative for the company to the greatest extent. The establishment of Z Life Insurance Company's efficient Z life management personnel hematopoiesis supplement system -- the high potential management staff selection and training system shoulders the important task of training insurance management personnel. Through detailed analysis of the research status of domestic and foreign high potential management employees and Z Life Insurance Company's training system for high potential management employees, this paper improved the design of Z Life Insurance Company's training system for high potential management employees. Furthermore, the capability training model of high potential talents is established and the capability required by such talents is described. This paper takes Z Life Insurance Company as the research object to explore and cultivate high-potential talents and existing problems, and conducts a comprehensive analysis by means of literature reference, case analysis and interview. In this paper, Z Life human resource management related theories are applied to describe the mechanism of high potential talent mining and cultivation in Z Life Insurance Company. On the basis of this, the cultivation system analysis of Z Life Insurance Company's high potential management staff and the competency model construction of Z Life Insurance Company's high potential management staff are carried out. Then it puts forward the selection and training strategy of Z Life Insurance Company's high-potential management staff. | |
