中文摘要:摘要 企业库存与生产、采购、信息以及资金结算是紧密相关的。尤其是生产规模、采购规模大的企业,这种关联更为明显。因此,企业应结合企业内部的实际与外部行业环境,选择与确定适合与企业发展的库存模式。目前,随着我国经济的不断发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,我国的汽车行业实现了飞跃式的发展。汽车行业的飞跃发展给汽车零部件行业带来无限生机。由于汽车制造企业无法准确预测汽车零部件的需求量,汽车零部件企业只能通过大量生产产品与采购物料存储于库房中,以保证产品的及时供给,这就造成了库存的积压与管理成本的增加。这种状况严重阻滞了汽车零部件企业运行与发展,必须着手改变。因此,研究探讨汽车零部件企业库存改进对促进汽车零部件企业发展有着重要意义。 论文以LJ汽车零部件有限公司为研究对象,运用文献研究法、资料分析法,在精益生产理论、协同理论指导下,系统地研究了LJ汽车零部件有限公司库存改进问题。首先,论文描述了LJ汽车零部件有限公司库存现状,并通过访谈问卷调查分析了LJ汽车零部件有限公司库存存在的问题以及原因。研究发现,该公司库存存在的问题主要体现高库存占有企业大量资金、库存采购导致采购成本增加、入库结算导致原材料利用率比较低、库存信息非可视化导致各部门不能协同方面;而造成上述问题的原因主要体现在推进式生产方式的制约、企业缺乏整体协同发展规划、企业缺乏统一的协同信息平台、客户需求计划具有不确定性、公司运营模式调整不及时等方面。其次,论文从生产、采购、库存、信息以及资金结算等方面对库存进行改进,包括推拉加精益单元式生产、寄售式采购式、低库存持有、资金入库使用结算、组织协同等内容。最后,就库存改进方案的实施保障进行了探讨。 对LJ汽车零部件有限公司库存改进问题的研究,其目的就是提高企业运行效率,降低库存,减少运行管理成本。同时,也希望研究成果对同类企业的库存改进给予借鉴与指导。图14幅,表3个,参考文献53篇。 关键词:库存改进;推进生产;拉动生产;寄售采购;入库结算;信息共享 
英文摘要:Abstract Enterprise inventory is closely related to production, procurement, information, and fund settlement. Especially the enterprises with large scale of production and procurement scale, the association is even more obvious. Therefore, enterprises should combine the actual internal and external industry environment to select and determine the inventory model, which is suitable for the development of the enterprises. At present, with the continuous development of domestic economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, the automobile industry has achieved rapid development, which brings unlimited vitality to the auto parts industry. Since auto manufacturers cannot accurately predict the demand for auto parts, auto parts companies can only store products in large quantities and purchase materials in the warehouse to ensure the timely supply of products, which leads to the overstocking of inventory and the increase of management costs. This situation has severely hindered the operation and development of auto parts companies which means that it must be change. Accordingly, it is of great significance to study and discuss the inventory improvement to promote the development of auto parts enterprises. This thesis takes LJ Auto Parts Limited Company as the research object. Under the guidance of lean production theory and collaborative theory, this thesis studies the inventory improvement by means of literature research method and data analysis method. Firstly, this thesis describes the current situation of the inventory for LJ Auto Parts Limited Company and analyzes the problems and causes of the inventory through interviews. The research shows that the problems in inventory are mainly reflected in the following aspects. The first is that the large inventories occupy a large amount of funds, the second is that the inventory purchases increase procurement costs, the third is that warehousing and settlement lead to low raw material utilization rates, the last is that non-visual inventory information leads to the failure of coordination among various departments. The reasons for the above problems are mainly reflected in the constraints of the push-type production mode, the lack of an overall coordinated development plan, the lack of a unified collaborative information platform, the uncertainty of customer demand plan, and the untimely adjustment of the operating model. Secondly, this thesis improves the inventory improvement from the aspects of production, procurement, inventory, information, and fund settlement, including push-pull and lean unit production, consignment purchase, low inventory holding, and settlement of funds entering in the factory. Finally, the implementation guarantee of the inventory improvement plan is discussed. The purpose of the research on inventory improvement of LJ Auto Parts Limited Company is to improve the operation efficiency, reduce inventory and reduce operation and management cost. At the same time, it is also hoped that the research results can provide reference and guidance for similar enterprises to improve their inventory improvement.
