中文摘要:随着我国人民生活水平的日益提升,从2000年到2018年国内旅游人次增长了近七倍,国内人均旅游消费增加了超过一倍,智慧技术与文旅融合是新的增长点与契机所在。对于文旅产业而言,互联网技术加速了市场变革、行业洗牌和企业转型,让旅游企业看到了技术红利带来的更多机会。随着旅游业对国民经济的促进作用日益凸显,国家大力推动文旅融合、智慧旅游与全域旅游发展。数字中国上升为国家战略,各种互联网信息技术日益成熟,多种新技术的相互融合,通过与垂直行业场景的结合,形成跨界的应用平台从而赋能各个行业,为包括文旅行业在内的各行业创造更多发展空间,也使得智能新时代的万物互联和产业互联成为可能,更好地服务我国经济社会发展和人民生活改善,实现数字经济产业的发展。 在此背景下,本论文选择天津市作为旅游目的地进行一卡通商业模式的研究。首先通过对国内外相关文献进行研究分析,了解智慧旅游在国内的发展现状以及最新的应用情况;其次以天津为旅游目的地作为对象,分析在文旅融合的背景下重构以战略故事思维为视角的商业模式,讨论旅游一卡通模式的关键要素、实现路径,切合到现实的行业发展需求,论述对于疫情影响下的旅游行业复苏的实际价值;最后针对以上的研究方向,提出提升天津旅游竞争力的策略即从旅游目的地形象、“旅游+”模式的深化、旅游金融创新发展等方面推动智慧旅游的发展,同时辅以公共与商业服务的提升,建立产学研体系指导融合的新型文旅发展模式。 通过本文的模式研究可以发现,旅游一卡通可以整合产业链条所涉及的各个领域资源,实现相关行业的融合发展。当遇到疫情等不可抗力等因素的时候,可以通过线上的平台技术模式实现弥补线下场景的业绩冲击,发展电商和泛旅游文创产品的经营模式。通过平台集聚的大数据资源,可以更加精准地锁定目标用户,提供个性化的服务,提升服务品质,降低服务价格,实现参与各方的价值最大化。 
英文摘要:With the improvement of the Chinese’s living standards, the number of domestic tourist arrivals has increased by nearly seven times from 2000 to 2018, and the per capita domestic tourism consumption has more than doubled. The combination of smart technology and cultural and tourism integration is a new opportunity for growth. For the cultural and tourism industry, Internet technology has accelerated market changes, industry reshuffles, and corporate transformation, prompting tourism companies to see more opportunities brought by technological dividends. With the increasingly prominent role of tourism in promoting the national economy, the country vigorously promotes the integration of cultural and tourism, smart tourism, and the development of global tourism. Digital China has risen to a national strategy, various Internet information technologies are becoming more mature, and a variety of new technologies are integrated with each other. Through the combination with vertical industry scenarios, a cross-industry application platform is formed to empower various industries, including the travel industry The creation of more space for development in various industries in the new era of intelligence also makes it possible for the Internet of Everything and Industrial Internet to better serve my country’s economic and social development and the improvement of people’s lives, and to achieve the development of digital economy industries. In this context, this thesis selects Tianjin as a tourist destination for the study of the all-in-one card commercial model. First, through the research and analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literature, to understand the development status of smart tourism in China and the latest application; secondly, with Tianjin as the tourist destination, analyze the reconstruction of strategic story thinking in the context of cultural and tourism integration The business model from the perspective, discusses the key elements and implementation paths of the travel card model, meets the actual industry development needs, and discusses the actual value of the recovery of the tourism industry under the influence of the epidemic; finally, based on the above research directions, proposes to improve the competitiveness of Tianjin tourism The strategy is to promote the development of smart tourism from the image of tourist destinations, the deepening of the "tourism+" model, and the innovative development of tourism finance. At the same time, supplemented by the improvement of public and commercial services, the establishment of a new type of cultural tourism development that integrates industry, education and research is established. mode. Through the model research of this article, it can be found that the tourism card can integrate resources in various fields involved in the industrial chain and realize the integrated development of related industries. When encountering force majeure and other factors such as the epidemic, online platform technology models can be used to compensate for the performance impact of offline scenarios and develop business models for e-commerce and pan-tourism cultural and creative products. Through the big data resources gathered on the platform, it is possible to more accurately target users, provide personalized services, improve service quality, reduce service prices, and maximize the value of all parties involved.
