中文摘要：	在我国证券行业蓬勃发展的今天，国民对证券投资的需求和对创新业务模式的需求逐步上升，对于证券行业来说，数字化的应用和升级是机构赢取更大市场份额的关键一步。互联网和手机客户端的普及培养了客户在金融科技类客户端的使用习惯，在此基础上传统证券行业的数字化转型升级迎来了最好的时机。数字化转型升级是证券行业积极拥抱现代技术的发展必然选择，也是面对互联网金融企业激烈的跨界竞争和越发变化迅速的市场竞争环境的一剂良药。 H券商是一家大型的综合类券商，作为中国证券行业的头部券商，在行业内享有极大的声誉，其稳居第一梯队的业务表现深受客户认可。在2016年证券市场表现不佳时，H券商仍能逆势盈利，显示出了其数字化策略实施的成功性，其数字化之路对证券行业有珍贵的现实意义。因此本论文将以H券商为例，对传统证券的数字化发展进行了一次全面的盘点和回顾。本文首先回顾了中国证券行业的数字化发展历程和数字化发展中金融科技的应用。然后阐述了H券商在数字化进程之中面临的环境因素，以PEST分析法分析了该券商面临的政策、法律、经济等等环境因素，呈现了H券商在外部环境面前的所面临的机遇。同时，本文还通过SWOT分析对H券商在数字化进程中面临的同行业竞争问题和自身优劣势对发展的影响。在对H券商进行案例分析的时候，本文使用了主营业务分析对H券商经营内容进行了分析，同时对H券商自身的经营情况也进行了分析。结合H券商的战略定位、价值链组成和核心能力，本文从多个视角展示了H券商在数字化发展之路上面临的困难和克服不利因素的强劲优势，解释了H券商最终取得数字化成果的关键性因素。最后，本文通过对H券商的数字化发展实践进行了的深入分析，并对于其所遭遇的问题进行了详细剖析。对应不同的问题，本文提出了极具建设性的建议，并结合行业现状对未来证券行业的信息技术应用进行了前瞻性的思考。 结合本文的分析可见，H券商在证券行业的数字化升级之路上一直保持优势地位，其实践的经验对其他中小型券商的转型升级有着启发和现实意义。然而面对当下仍在高速发展中的证券行业和竞争环境，H券商也不免面临一些掣肘，需要贯彻其战略并继续深化数字化转型。
英文摘要：	With the vigorous development of China's securities industry, the demand for securities investment and innovative business model is gradually increasing. For the traditional securities industry, the application and upgrading of digital technology is the key step for institutions to win more market share. At the same time, the popularity of the Internet and mobile phone client has cultivated the customers' habits of using financial technology clients. On this basis, the digital transformation and upgrading of traditional securities industry ushered in the best opportunity. In the face of fierce competition in the cross-border financial market, it is also an inevitable choice to embrace the rapid development of cross-border financial industry. H securities company is a large comprehensive securities company. As the head of China's securities industry, H securities company enjoys a great reputation in the industry, and its business performance is recognized by customers. In 2016, when the stock market was not performing well, H securities company was still able to make profits against the trend, which showed the success of its digital strategy implementation, and its digital guidance has precious practical significance for the securities industry. Therefore, this paper will take h securities company as an example to conduct a comprehensive inventory and review of the digital development of traditional securities. This paper first reviews the digital development process of China's securities industry and the application of financial technology in digital development. Then, the paper expounds the environmental factors h securities company is facing in the process of digitization, and analyzes the environmental factors such as policy, law, economy and so on with PEST analysis method, showing the opportunities h securities company faces in the external environment. At the same time, through SWOT analysis of H securities companies in the process of digital competition in the same industry and their own strengths and weaknesses on the development of the impact. In the case study of H securities company, this paper uses the main business analysis to analyze the business content of H securities company, and analyzes the operation situation of H securities company. Combined with the strategic positioning, value chain composition and core competence of H securities company, this paper shows the difficulties and strong advantages of H securities company in digital development from multiple perspectives, and explains the key factors for H securities company to finally achieve digital results. Finally, this paper analyzes the digital development practice of H securities company, and analyzes the problems encountered in detail. Corresponding to different problems, this paper puts forward constructive suggestions, and combined with the current situation of the industry, makes forward-looking thinking on the application of information technology in the future securities industry. Combined with the analysis of this paper, we can see that h securities company has always maintained a dominant position on the road of digital upgrading of the securities industry, and its practical experience has inspiration and practical significance for the transformation and upgrading of other small and medium-sized securities companies. However, in the face of the rapid development of the securities industry and competitive environment, H securities companies are also faced with some constraints, need to implement its strategy and continue to deepen the digital transformation.
