中文摘要:在云计算、大数据以及物联网技术的驱动下,商业银行零售业务竞争战略的选择成为金融领域一个重要的前沿研究方向与实践问题。以往研究主要聚焦商业银行定位的调整、组织架构的优化、绩效考评体系的改进以及商业模式的创新等方面,本文以BH银行为研究对象,旨在通过对BH银行零售业务竞争战略研究,构建BH银行零售业务的核心竞争力。 本文从战略视角切入,在梳理国内外相关战略管理、零售战略选择相关文献的基础上,采用案例分析和问卷调查等方法,对BH银行零售业务发展现状及存在的问题进行了分析,利用波特教授的竞争战略理论,分别对不同的竞争战略模式进行了比较分析,最终选择了集中差异化战略作为BH银行零售业务发展的战略选择,并在此基础上对BH银行未来业务发展方向及方式、金融科技生态的布局、客户群体的选择以及客户服务体系的优化等进行了详细阐述,为BH银行竞争战略的实施提供了保障措施。 当下国内商业银行零售战略转型的研究以差异化竞争战略为主,本文结合BH银行零售业务的发展现状,提出零售业务发展的集中差异化战略选择,对国内的商业银行特别是新兴股份制商业银行以及具备一定业务规模的城市商业银行零售竞争战略的选择提供了借鉴。由于本研究基于过往历史数据的采集和研究的局限性,可能造成数据分析的偏差,相信随着BH零售竞争战略的实施将不断的修正和完善。 
英文摘要:Driven by cloud computing, big data and Internet of things technology, the choice of retail business competitive strategy of commercial banks has become an important frontier research and practice problem in the financial field. Previous studies mainly focus on the adjustment of commercial bank positioning, the optimization of organizational structure and the improvement of performance evaluation system. This th takes BH bank as the research object, aiming to construct the core competitiveness of BH bank's retail business through the research on the competitive strategy of BH bank's retail business. Starting from the strategic perspective, this thesis analyzes the current situation and existing problems of BH bank's retail business development based on the literature review of domestic and foreign strategic management and retail strategy selection. Based on Professor Porter's competitive strategy theory, the thesis compares and analyzes different competitive strategy models,and finally chooses the centralized differentiation strategy as the strategic choice for BH bank's retail business development. On this basis, this thesis elaborates the future business development direction and mode of BH bank, the layout of financial science and technology ecology, the selection of customer groups and the optimization of customer service system, which provides safeguard measures for the implementation of BH bank's competitive strategy. At present, the research on the retail strategy transformation of domestic commercial banks is mainly based on the differentiated competitive strategy. Combining with the development status of BH bank's retail business, this thesis puts forward the centralized differentiation strategy choice of retail business development, which provides reference for domestic commercial banks, especially the emerging joint-stock commercial banks and the city commercial banks with a certain business scale. Due to the limitations of the collection and research based on historical data, there may be data analysis bias. It is believed that with the implementation of BH's retail competition strategy, it will continue to be revised and improved.
