| 中文摘要: | 现阶段,伴随着普惠金融的快速崛起和扩张需求,我国小微企业受到了来 自社会多方的瞩目。最近几年,小微企业迅速崛起,不但能够增加就业机会, 同时促进经济快速增长,加快创新速度,丰富市场结构。但在我国小微企业快 速发展的背景下,生产规模的局限性和财务制度不健全等诸多因素导致小微企 业的经营状况经常处于不稳定的状态,小微信贷业务潜在的违约风险逐步加剧。 因此,如何更好的将小微企业发展过程中所遇到的信贷风险降到最低,实现风 险管理优化变得极为重要。 本论文从以下五个方面展开研究,分别是研究背景意义、内容、方法和目 前国内外研究状况,对小微企业概念,信贷风险内容等相关概念进行了明确的 介绍,对小微企业所面临的信贷风险问题做出了具体的分析和明确的探索,本 文选取 XY 银行天津分行作为课题研究目标,神深层次剖析了小微企业在信贷业 务管理上的种种状况,然后从风险管理体系方面深入研究问题所在,同时,对 XY 银行天津分行的信贷业务和风险管理状况进行了细致的分析,并分别从外部 和内部两个角度对其信贷风险管理问题进行了分析和总结, 找出了该银行在进 行信贷业务时出现的各类问题,目前许多商业银行在对小微企业进行信贷业务 时仍处于贷款的初级阶段,银行的风险控制评价模型和风险控制组织结构仍存 在许多问题,信贷审批效率低下,信贷业务环节存在疏漏,根据 XY 银行天津分 行存在的问题及原因,从贷前调查、贷中审查、贷后管理三个层面梳理小微企业 授信过程中存在的风险因素识别方法以及评估方法。贷前评级体系不完善、贷 中流程风控薄弱、贷后缺乏动态管控、风险管理机制存在缺失和信贷人员专业 素质不高等现实问题。最后对 XY 银行天津分行小微信贷业务风险管理中存在的 问题提出有针对性的优化方案。 通过现实案例,借鉴国内与国外的一些学者关于小微信贷业务研究的相关 理论内容,在进行综合分析后得到:XY 银行需要优化调整风险管理组织结构体 系、采用科学先进评估方法、对评估过程和评估体系进行深层次优化,对风险 控制加强监管,彻底解决银行处理小微企业信贷业务时出现的风险问题。本文 对于 XY 银行天津分行进一步完善管理体系提供借鉴,希望能够为我国其他商业 银行提升小微企业信贷管理水平提供借鉴经验。 关键词:风险管理;信贷风险;小微企业;XY 银行 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with the rapid rise and expansion demand of Inclusive Finance, China's small and micro enterprises have attracted the attention of the society. The rapid development of small and micro enterprises can not only increase employment opportunities, but also promote economic growth, promote technological innovation and enrich market structure. However, in the context of the rapid development of small and micro enterprises, many factors, such as the limitations of production scale and imperfect financial system,loan review and post loan management, we identify the risk factors and evaluation methods in the credit process of small and micro businesses.lead to the unstable operation of small and micro enterprises, and the potential default risk of small and micro credit business is gradually intensified. Therefore, how to successfully reduce the risk of credit business in the development process of small and micro enterprises to the minimum and realize the optimization of risk management has become extremely important. This paper first describes at home and abroad; more clearly describes the credit risk, credit risk management and small and micro enterprises and other related concepts; specifically analyzes the current situation of credit risk management of small and micro enterprises. Then, it selects XY Bank Tianjin branch to study, explores the current situation of credit business risk management of small and micro enterprises, and then deeply studies the problems from the aspect of risk management system, and analyzes the current situation of credit business and risk management of small and micro enterprises of XY Bank Tianjin Branch, This paper analyzes and summarizes the credit risk management from the external and internal perspectives, It finds out the main problems in risk management: the establishment of risk control rating model for small and micro enterprises credit business of major commercial banks is still in the initial stage, the organizational structure of risk control still has certain deficiencies, the efficiency of credit approval is low, and the credit business link has omissions, From the three aspects of pre credit investigation, loan review and post loan management, we identify the risk factors and evaluation methods in the Abstract III credit process of small and micro businesses. There are some practical problems, such as imperfect pre loan rating system, weak risk control in loan process, lack of dynamic control after loan, lack of risk management mechanism and low professional quality of credit personnel. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the small business risk management of Tianjin Branch. Through practical cases, learning from the relevant theoretical content of domestic and foreign scholars on small and micro credit business, after comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that XY bank needs to optimize and adjust the organizational structure system of risk management, adopt scientific and advanced evaluation methods, optimize the evaluation process and evaluation system, strengthen risk control, and improve the risk management of small and micro enterprise credit business present situation. This paper puts forward the overall optimization scheme and suggestions for the credit business of small and micro banks, which can provide reference for further improving the management system of XY Bank Tianjin Branch, and hope to provide reference for other banks to improve the credit management level of small and micro enterprises.
