| 中文摘要: | 随着全球手机市场的激烈竞争,手机新产品的上市速度和产品成本优势在竞争环节中扮演了日益重要的角色。新产品研发的竞争包括硬件配置、软件应用和上新速度的竞争,都离不开背后供应链的强力支持。中国在手机生产制造方面累计了多年经验,但在研发领域才刚刚起步,在新产品研发物料的供应管理存在不足。新产品研发的复杂性,多变性的特点增加了新产品研发的供应链管理难度,新产品研发阶段的设计成本虽然只占总成本的20%,但是却决定了整个产品生命周期80%的总成本,所以加强对新产品研发的项目物料供应链管理的研究,增加企业在最开始的研发竞争力的研究,才能很好的回应和适应当前中国高速发展的手机研发和制造产业。 本文主要通过对国内外研究对供应链管理定义,发展阶段的理论回顾,结合新产品研发项目中的物料供应链管理的特殊特点,阐述了供应链在新产品生命周期中基于价值链的管理运用。首先用案例研究法对FIH公司新产品研发中的物料供应链管理存在问题进行分析,重点梳理FIH公司新产品研发项目物料供应管理的流程体系,运用价值链分析等手段,识别出产品生命周期中供应链管理的低效或无效环节;着重通过访谈和企业内外部相关主体问卷调查的方法,深入挖掘并提炼关键问题,识别出新产品研发物料供应链管理的重要因素,然后针对关键问题提出改进优化措施。最后论述保障措施,主要通过领导组织保障和具体可操作流程办法的落实落地,并通过实际案例的初步实施,最后给公司带来的实际效益验证方法的可靠性。 本研究结论认为,结合FIH公司在新产品研发项目中的物料供应链管理的现状问题分析,提出了相对应的解决方法和措施,并指出了措施保障执行的关键因素。通过新项目的实际采纳应用得出了新措施的所发生的效果,在新项目研发中给公司带来了成效,平衡了产品生命周期的物料供应,最大限度提升了供应链的效率,降低了整体供应链的成本,给公司新项目的研发带来了有效的助力和保障,提升了公司的整体竞争力,也为类似新产品研发项目的物料供应链管理提供了一定的参考借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The competition of a new mobile product research and development strongly support by supply chain on behind. China is the world's largest mobile phone manufacturing base, but there are still a lot of improvement spaces from different aspect of the entire supply chain management, especially the material management during the new product development phase. Therefore, it is necessary to study the supply chain management of new product developing, which is helpful to cope and adapt with the rapidly growing up of China’s mobile phone manufacturing industry nowadays. This paper elaborates the domestic and the world theories of supply chain management. Firstly, use the case study method to analyze the existing problems in the material supply chain management of FIH company, then review the process of FIH’s material supply management during new product development, and then identify the Inefficient or ineffective process on a product life cycle. Use the way of interviews and questionnaire surveys to identify the important factors of supply chain management. Then, after study the real business case, rise the improvements and optimization measures, through practice, it brought the actual benefits to the company and verify the reliability feasible of the method. The conclusion of this study is that, through the analysis of the current situation of FIH's material supply chain management in new product development phase, It provides kinds of solutions and measures, and points out the key factors to ensure the implementation of the measures. As the actual adoption and application of new projects, the positive effects of the new measures have been obtained, which have brought benefits to the company in the development of new projects, balanced the material supply-demand of the product life cycle, and improved the efficiency of the supply chain and reduced The cost of the overall supply chain. It also provides a certain reference for other similar company focusing on new product materials supply chain management. | |
