中文摘要:近些年中国经济发展非常迅猛,中国企业参与国际竞争热情日趋高涨。面对复杂的市场环境,企业之间的竞争是多方面的,不仅包含产品力竞争、市场竞争等“外功”的竞争,更包含企业管理、信息化建设、生产效率等“内功”的竞争。所以近些年企业管理者也愈发重视企业信息化建设水平,项目管理体系的建设。由于企业信息化建设是项目制的特殊性,如何构建一个符合当今快速变化的经济环境下的项目管理体系就显得至关重要。传统的项目管理方法如瀑布模型等计划性较强,比较适合需求明确的项目,但是在如今这个大数据的时代,转瞬之间商业环境可能已经发生翻天覆地的变化,于是更灵活、更能拥抱变化的敏捷项目管理方法渐渐进入了人们的视野。 本文首先对传统项目管理和业界主流的敏捷项目管理相关理论进行了对比,并将两种项目管理方法加以分析,得出敏捷项目管理更适用于当今社会需求多变的商业环境这一结论。接下来以现代制造业B公司为例,研究了B公司目前信息化项目管理现状和存在的问题,并针对其问题提出B公司敏捷项目管理转型诉求。然后根据B公司实际情况,对Scrum等敏捷项目管理方法进行设计优化,设计出适用于B公司信息化项目的敏捷项目管理方法AWM(Agile Working Model),对B公司的流程和组织进行改造,使其更适应于敏捷的管理环境。最后通过案例将AWM方法在B公司Q项目上进行实施应用,并对实施结果进行评价。 B公司通过AWM敏捷项目管理转型,提高了其信息化项目管理水平,更适应于当今需求多变的商业环境,也创造了更多的用户价值。笔者希望通过对敏捷项目管理在B公司信息化项目的应用研究,为更多的中国现代制造业企业信息化建设转型提供参考,使得我国现代制造业企业项目管理水平得以提高,让信息化建设更多的服务于用户价值。但是AWM也不是项目管理的万金油,不同企业还是需要根据实际情况来进行优化,选择适合自身的项目管理方法。 
英文摘要:China's economy is developing very rapidly, therefore more and more Chinese enterprises actively participate in the international competition. In front of complicated market environment, the competition among enterprises is diversified, not only including the competition of "external skills" such as product competition and market competition, but also the "internal" competition of enterprise management, production efficiency and information technology maturity. As a result, in recent years, the information technology maturity and the project management process and method are more and more valued by enterprise managers. Due to the enterprise information technology construction is particularly project based, it is very important to construct a project management system in line with today's fast changing economic environment. Traditional project management methods, such as waterfall model, have strong planning and are more suitable for projects with clear requirements. However, in the time of big data, the business environment may have changed greatly in the past few years. Therefore, the agile project management method which is more flexible and can embrace changes has gradually entered people's vision. Firstly, this paper compares the traditional project management and the mainstream agile project management theory. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the two kinds of project management methods, it is concluded that agile project management is more suitable for today's changing business environment. Then, taking company B from manufacturing industry as an example, this paper studies the current existing problems of information technology project management of company B, and based on the problems to invoke the transformation demands of agile project management of company B. Additionally, the agile project management methods such as Scrum is optimized, and the AWM (Agile working model) which is suitable for the information technology construction of company B is designed. The process and organization of company B are modified to make it more suitable for the agile management environment. Finally, the AWM method is applied to the Q project of B company through a case study, and the implementation results are evaluated. Through the transformation of AWM agile project management, company B has improved its information technology project management level, which is more suitable for today's changeable business environment and has created more user value. The author hopes that through the application research of agile project management in B company's information technology project, it can contribute to the transformation of information technology construction of more manufacturing enterprises in China, promote the project management maturity of China's manufacturing enterprises, and make the information technology really benefit the user value. However, AWM is not methodology of all project management. Different enterprises still need to optimize according to the actual situation and choose their own project management methods.
