中文摘要: 进入21世纪,人类对客观世界的探索与认识不断向新的深度和广度拓展,科学研究需要解决的问题日益复杂化,传统的科学研究方法和手段却显示出其明显的不足。随着计算机和通信等信息技术的发展,用先进的信息化基础设施构建新型的信息化科学研究环境从而改进传统的科学研究方法成为可能,e-Science就是这种用新的信息技术手段建立的科研环境。 在e-Science环境下,科学研究人员需要获得和拥有大量的信息和知识,这是他们进行高效科学研究的前提,而现在的知识缺乏有效的控制,出现了知识无序、虚假知识和知识泛滥的情况,科研人员需要的真正有用的知识往往难以获得,已获得的知识存在着冗余和质量不高等一系列问题,同时还存在着隐性知识难以显性化的问题,所以科研人员所需要的知识,从数量、质量、转化到组织,都需要实施各种方式的控制,才能满足他们的需求。 基于以上原因,本研究提出了e-Science环境下知识控制的理论,认为知识控制是满足e-Science环境下科研人员知识需求的有效途径,本论文的逻辑思路是:提出解决某一实际问题——现有的解决方法和理论有什么——解决方法的社会调查分析——论文的解决方法和理论是什么——如何保障这些方法的实施。论文共分十章,具体内容如下: 第一章主要对论文的研究背景、研究目的与意义、研究内容、研究思路、研究方法以及论文的结构进行了说明,本章的目的是分析论文的研究动机和研究方案。 第二章主要梳理相关研究成果,主要包括:e-Science理论、知识控制相关理论(控制论、书目控制理论和知识管理理论)和知识控制理论。本章主要回答“现有的解决办法有哪些,空白点在哪里”,为论文观点的提出奠定基础。 第三章提出论文的核心观点——e-Science环境下的知识控制,内容包括:知识控制的内涵、意义、作用、要素和历史渊源。本章主要回答“论文的解决方法和理论的基础是什么”,为后续的理论模型和保障措施的建立指明了方向。 第四章是e-Science环境下知识控制的现状调查和分析,本章通过文献调研、专家意见和社会问卷进行调查和分析,并用因子分析法对调查问卷的有效性进行验证,从而提出了e-Science环境下知识控制的指标体系,并在指标体系的基础上建立了知识控制的模型,为后续几章的展开论述奠定了基础。 第五章分析了e-Science环境下知识主体的控制,论文从国家知识主体、单位知识主体和个体知识主体的控制三个方面进行了论述。 第六章分析了e-Science环境下知识客体的控制,论文从微观知识元客体、宏观知识资源客体和知识客体的物流控制三个方面进行了论述。 第七章分析了e-Science环境下知识过程的控制,论文从知识过程的前馈控制、实时控制和反馈控制三个方面进行了论述。 第八章分析了e-Science环境下知识系统的控制,论文从知识系统的网格控制、标引控制和智能控制三个方面进行了论述,然后以学科信息门户知识系统和学术机构知识库知识系统为对象论述了e-Science环境下知识系统的控制方式。 第九章从资金、技术和人才三个方面论述了e-Science环境下知识控制的运行保障措施。 第十章对论文的主要贡献、研究局限和研究展望进行了说明,包括论文的主要贡献、研究局限和对未来研究的展望。 论文主要创新之处体现在以下几个方面: 一是首次比较系统地提出了知识控制的理论体系,这个理论体系包括知识控制的内涵、作用、意义及需求,并构建了e-Science环境下知识控制的指标体系。 二是将e-Science环境和知识控制结合起来,提出“e-Science环境下知识控制”的观点,并能对这个问题展开研究,从知识主体控制、知识客体控制、知识过程控制和知识系统控制四个方面构建了e-Science环境下知识控制的模型,这个模型具有理论和实践的双重价值。 三是将控制论中的前馈控制、实时控制和反馈控制和知识服务过程有机地结合起来,丰富了知识服务的理论体系和实践方式。 四是将Web2.0技术和方法运用到了知识控制机制中,丰富了知识控制的实现方式,提高了知识控制的效果,另外本研究还提出了知识安全法的立法框架,这对知识的安全控制有重要的作用。 
英文摘要: In 21st. century, with progress of human exploration and realization on objective world, the problem for scientific research to solve is becoming complicated increasingly. With development of computer and communication, it is possible for advanced information infrastructure to build research environment, e-science is this kind of environment that changes traditional research methods. In e-science environment, scientific researchers need much information and knowledge, it being the prerequisite of their research, but now because of knowledge disorder, false knowledge and knowledge overflow, researchers often can not find necessary knowledge. They also do not know how to change tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, therefore knowledge needs to adjust and control to satisfy researchers’ demand by feedback from quality and quantity. For these reasons, the dissertation thinks that knowledge control is the effective way for these problems. The main contents of this dissertation are as followings: knowledge services are not combined with e-science in macro and micro aspects, and can not satisfy the requirement of researchers. The dissertation puts forward the opinion of knowledge control in e-science environment, thinking that knowledge control is the fundamental way to fulfill scientific researchers. The logic thinking of this paper is as followings: want to solve some practical problem——what are the existing theories and methods for this problem——and what are paper’s theory and methods——then what is the logic structure for paper’s theory and methods ——so what are the exact methods under this logic structure. This dissertation is divided into ten chapters. The main content of Chapter 1 illustrates the background, motive, contents, methods and framework of the research. Chapter 1’s researching purpose is to analyze the motive and scheme of the research. In Chapter 2, the dissertation proceeds to summarize related research in the aspects as below: e-science theory, theory of information control, theory of bibliographic control, theory of knowledge management and knowledge control. Chapter 2 lays a foundation for further research by explaining “what are the existing ways?” and “where are blank zones?” Chapter 3 proposes the core opinion of the dissertation: knowledge control in e-science environment, this chapter gives a basic direction for theoretical structure and ensuring measures. Chapter 4 investigates and analyzes present situation of knowledge control in e-science environment. This chapter brings forward the indicators system of knowledge control so lays a foundation for following chapters by means of literature research, expert view and factor analysis. Chapter 5 analyzes the control of knowledge subject in e-science environment, dissertating from national knowledge subject, unit knowledge subject and individual knowledge subject. Chapter 6 analyzes the control of knowledge object in e-science environment, dissertating from micro knowledge element, macro knowledge resources and logistics control of knowledge object. Chapter 7 analyzes the control of knowledge process in e-science environment, dissertating from feed-forward control, real-time control and feedback control. Chapter 8 analyzes the control of knowledge system in e-science environment, dissertating from grid control, indexing control and intellectual control then expounding knowledge control way by taking subject information gateway and institutional repository as examples. Section 1 of Chapter 9 constructs a model of knowledge control, and Section 2 of Chapter 9 dissertates some ensuring measures. Chapter 10 summarizes the main conclusion of this dissertation, points out limitations, expectations of continuous research, and advances some suggestions about future research. Innovations of the research include following aspects: Firstly, the dissertation puts forward the theoretical system of knowledge control for the first time. The system includes connotation, role, significance and demand. The dissertation also brings forward the indicators system of knowledge control. Secondly, the dissertation can link e-science and knowledge control, raising and expanding the opinion of knowledge control in environment of e-science. The dissertation also builds a model of knowledge control from knowledge subject, knowledge object, knowledge process and knowledge system, the model having double value of theory and practice. Thirdly, the dissertation combines knowledge service with feed-forward control, real-time control and feedback control. This abounds theory and practice of knowledge service greatly. Forthly, the dissertation applies web2.0 into knowledge control. This enriches the manners of knowledge control and improves the effect of knowledge control, at the same time the dissertation raises the legislation frame of knowledge security.
