中文摘要：	钢铁产业是我国的基础产业，它的发展对我国的经济发展做出了重要的贡献。然而，2008年全球金融危机的袭来，使得全球的钢铁市场需求下降，严重削减了钢铁企业的利润，从大型钢铁企业到小型钢铁企业纷纷采取了减产、半停产、停产的措施来应对危机，一些小型的钢铁企业更是无法应对危机而纷纷破产。面对这样的局面，作为中型钢铁企业的唐山不锈钢有限责任公司，怎样在经济危机中平稳过渡，重构自己的核心竞争力就显得至关重要。 本文以唐山不锈钢有限责任公司的核心竞争力作为研究的逻辑基础和主线，采用规范分析和实证分析相结合、案例分析和理论分析相结合的方法，共分六章进行了阐述。第一章简述本文的研究背景、目的和意义，给出了论文研究的方法和思路；第二章对相关研究进行了回顾，其中有企业竞争力相关理论研究，钢铁产业特性与竞争力要素，以及钢铁产业竞争力的相关研究；第三章对经济危机状况下的唐山不锈钢公司的经营状况进行了分析，其中包括钢铁产业整体发展现状、唐山不锈钢有限责任公司的经营现状及其竞争力的分析；第四章结合理论和实际分析，给出了唐山不锈钢有限责任公司在经济危机中生存及发展的战略；第五章从实际情况出发，给出了唐山不锈钢公司核心竞争力重构的可能途径。第六章得出本文研究的结论并指出本文研究的不足及展望。
英文摘要：	The steel industry is the basic industry of our country; its development contributes to the development of our country. However, with the coming of the world finance crisis, the needs of the steel market of the whole world decends, which put down the profit of the steel company. Most of the steel company, from large-scale to small-scale, take the measure of reduction of output, or half stop production, or stop production to deal the crisis, even more some of the minitype become bankruptcy because of lacking of the capability. Being the medium steel company, it is important for the Tangshan Stainless Steel Limited Company to rebuild its core competence and transition firmly in the economic crisis. The core competence theory has become one of the most attractive topics in the study of strategy management and achieved great progress ever since Hamel and Prahalad published their famous paper on firm’s core competence in Harvard Business Review in 1990.But the conventional company competence theory has lost its theory value in the face of the economic crisis. So this thesis makes an application of this theory to discuss how to build the core competence of the Tangshan Stainless Steel Limited Company. Hope this thesis could contribute to the future development of steel company in theory. Six chapters are included in the thesis, The first chapter concerned with how the problem is put forward, its practical meaning, method of research and content structure of the thesis. The second chapter concerned with the theory of the “Core Competence”. Followed chapter 2, analyse the management status of the Tangshan Stainless Steel Limited Company in the economic crisis. Chapter 4 gives the approaches to build the core competence of Tangshan Stainless Steel Limited Company from the start of the fact. Chapter 5 gives the stratagem of Tangshan Stainless Steel Limited Company in the economic crisis. Last chapter shows the thesis’ conclusion
