中文摘要:中小企业在国民经济中占据非常重要的地位,在增加就业、稳定增长、促进创新方面发挥着独特且难以替代的巨大作用。供应链金融是解决中小企业融资难题的重要突破口,也是商业银行重要的利润增长点。本文选取在行业内具有一定代表性的M银行,采用个案研究法,利用战略相关理论和分析工具,分析M银行供应链金融内外部发展环境并制定具体的竞争战略。 首先,梳理了供应链金融业务在我国的实践过程,分析了中小企业在国民经济中的地位,并整理了国家近年来在促进供应链金融、中小企业发展方面的政策、法律及文件。然后对企业战略管理、竞争战略和竞争优势相关理论进行了系统梳理,并对M银行发展历程、M银行供应链业务发展历程、M银行供应链金融业务发展现状进行了介绍。在此基础上,利用PEST工具和五力模型从宏观环境和产业环境角度对M银行供应链金融业务所处的外部环境进行了分析,使用可持续竞争优势分析工具对M银行供应链金融业务的资源、能力进行了分析并得出其核心竞争力。论文采用SWOT分析工具对M银行供应链金融业务的发展战略进行了研究,认为M银行供应链金融业务应利用外部机会、克服内部劣势,采取WO扭转型战略。随后,通过定性分析确定M银行供应链金融业务应采取的竞争战略,得出其应采用差异化竞争战略的结论。并以扭转型发展战略和差异化竞争战略为基础,分析M银行价值链细分活动及驱动因素,提出了介入产业链交易、提供综合服务、研发基于数据的风控模型、整合客户及渠道资源、提供全球化服务和适时并购科技公司等6项具体措施。 最后,使用麦肯锡7S模型对M银行供应链金融业务如何达成上述发展战略及竞争战略进行分析,从战略、结构、管理制度、风格、人员、技能和共同价值观等7个方面,提出相应的保障措施,使之更匹配公司的发展环境要求与相关战略的实施,确保企业发展与战略的达成。 
英文摘要:Small and medium-sized enterprises occupy a very important position in the national economy and play a unique and irreplaceable huge role in increasing employment, stable growth, and promoting innovation. Supply chain finance is an important breakthrough to solve the financing problems of SMEs, and it is also an important profit growth point for commercial banks. This paper selects Bank M that is representative in the industry, adopts a case study method and uses strategic related theories and analytical tools to analyze the internal and external development environment of Bank M's supply chain finance and formulate specific competitive strategies. First, it sorted out the practical process of supply chain finance business in my country, analyzed the status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the national economy, and sorted out the country's policies, laws and documents in recent years to promote the development of supply chain finance and small and medium-sized enterprises. Then it systematically combs the relevant theories of corporate strategic management, competitive strategy and competitive advantage, and introduces the development history of M Bank, the development history of M Bank's supply chain business, and the current development status of M Bank's supply chain financial business. On this basis, the PEST tool and the Five Forces model are used to analyze the external environment of Bank M’s supply chain financial business from the perspective of the macro environment and the industrial environment. Resources and capabilities are analyzed and their core competitiveness is obtained. The paper uses SWOT analysis tools to study the development strategy of Bank M's supply chain financial business, and believes that Bank M's supply chain financial business should take advantage of external opportunities, overcome internal disadvantages, and adopt a WO reversal strategy. Subsequently, through qualitative analysis, the competitive strategy that M Bank's supply chain finance business should adopt is determined, and the conclusion that it should adopt a differentiated competitive strategy. Based on the reversing development strategy and differentiated competition strategy, it analyzes the subdivision activities and driving factors of the value chain of M Bank, and proposes to intervene in industry chain transactions, provide comprehensive services, develop data-based risk control models, and integrate customer and channel resources , Provide global services and timely mergers and acquisitions of technology companies and other 6 specific measures. Finally, use the McKinsey 7S model to analyze how M Bank's supply chain finance business achieves the above development strategy and competitive strategy, and propose corresponding safeguards from 7 aspects including strategy, structure, management system, style, personnel, skills and common values. , To make it more compatible with the company’s development environment requirements and the implementation of related strategies to ensure the achievement of corporate development and strategy.
