| 中文摘要: | 在复杂性、动态性、不确定性都非常高的竞争环境中,有效的竞争情报工作可以帮助企业很好地监测竞争环境、竞争对手活动以及企业自身的运营状况,从而增强企业的预测和反应能力。但目前企业竞争情工作存在着很大的缺陷需要改进,同时,竞争情报工作人员也需要彻底改变自己的思维方式,以适应动态多变的竞争环境。企业竞争情报与军事情报之间存在着很深的渊源,军事情报的许多思想、方法和工具值得竞争情报工作者借鉴。竞争情报作战室就是一种来自于军事领域的规划管理和情报分析工具,是对企业竞争情报工作运作模式的一种改革创新,为迅速识别竞争发展趋势、监测异常状况并采取相应对策提供了一种新的范式。竞争情报作战室的出现,有利于真正发挥竞争情报工作的功能,弥合竞争情报与企业决策之间的缺口,提升竞争情报在企业中的地位。本研究对企业竞争情报作战室运行机制进行深入探讨,为这种竞争情报工作范式在我国企业中的实践活动提供一种有效的指导。 论文采用文献调查、归纳与演绎、问卷调查、专家调查及因子分析等方法对企业竞争情报作战室运行机制开展研究。全文共分八章,各章具体内容如下: 第一章,绪论。在分析论文的研究背景以及研究目的与意义的基础上,阐述研究思路、框架与内容,最后指明采用的研究方法,明确创新点。 第二章,相关理论回顾。分别从企业竞争、企业竞争情报、作战室三个理论领域,对国内外相关研究成果进行回顾与评述,以期在总结现有理论的基础上发现新问题,为本文研究奠定理论和方法基础。 第三章,企业竞争情报作战室理论框架的构建。剖析竞争情报作战室在开发情报的效用以及人的潜能方面所遵循的特殊理论,分析竞争情报作战室的概念、特征、目标、组成、功能以及类型等。在此基础上构建企业竞争情报作战室理论框架及其运行总体模型。 第四章,企业竞争情报作战室的运行准备研究。通过对我国企业竞争情报工作状况进行的问卷调查,分析讨论竞争情报作战室在我国企业开展的驱动因素。从竞争情报资源审计、日常情报流程重组等方面出发讨论竞争情报作战室运行的行为优化问题。并构建企业竞争情报作战室运行准备模型。 第五章,企业竞争情报作战室的运行过程研究。依据问题驱动、高层参与、流程融合等原则设计企业竞争情报作战室运行过程模型。从情报密集聚合与序化、情报分析与预测可视化、情报团队超级合作与互动、情报系统动态维护与调整四个方面,讨论竞争情报作战室实施的流程管理机制。 第六章,企业竞争情报作战室的运行控制研究。分析竞争情报作战室从创建到实施需要采取的控制措施。根据构建的企业竞争情报作战室运行控制模型,讨论如何对资源、流程、成果三类控制对象在准备、实施、评估三个阶段采取预控制、过程控制、评估控制,以保证竞争情报作战室过程的顺利进行。 第七章,企业竞争情报作战室的运行保障研究。为保证竞争情报作战室成为一种持续的竞争情报行为,构建竞争情报作战室运行保障模型和指标体系,并通过问卷调查、因子分析对提出的模型进行修正。基于企业竞争情报作战室运行保障修正模型与指标体系,构建我国企业竞争情报作战室运行保障体系。 第八章,结论与展望。总结本研究的主要结论与贡献,讨论研究的局限性,并对未来的研究方向提出建议。 本文的创新之处在于: 一是构建了企业竞争情报作战室理论框架和运行总体模型。系统、深入地探讨竞争情报作战室的理论基础和概念体系,为竞争情报作战室实践提供理论依据,并通过运行总体模型辅助人们整体把握竞争情报作战室的运行方案。 二是建立了企业竞争情报作战室运行准备、运行过程、运行控制模型。基于运行驱动因素分析以及行为优化的讨论,构建了企业竞争情报作战室运行准备模型;根据问题驱动、高层参与以及流程融合原则,设计了企业竞争情报作战室运行过程模型;为了有效协调竞争情报作战室运行过程中涉及到的各种资源、流程以及成果,提升其实施效果,建立了企业竞争情报作战室运行控制模型。这些模型在竞争情报作战室应用尚不成熟,普及率有限的企业实践和理论研究中,具有一定的创新性,并有着非常重要的实践指导意义。 三是构建了企业竞争情报作战室运行保障模型和保障体系。运用因子分析法对所提出的企业竞争情报作战室运行保障模型和指标体系进行检验,并以企业竞争情报作战室运行保障修正模型和指标体系为基础,构建我国企业竞争情报作战室运行保障体系。这是在当前我国企业竞争情报作战室发展初级阶段所作的一种探索和尝试。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The competitive environment now is full of complexity, dynamics and uncertainty. Effective competitive intelligence work can help enterprises monitor competitive environment, competitive activities, as well as operating conditions themselves, and then strengthens their forecast and reactive abilities. But there is still a big limitation that needs to be improved in the competitive intelligence work nowadays. Meanwhile, competitive intelligence workers also need to change their mental model in order to adapt themselves to the dynamic and changeable competitive environment. There is a very close relationship between enterprise competitive intelligence and military intelligence, so competitive intelligence workers can learn more from the ideas, methods and tools of military intelligence. Competitive intelligence war room, a tool of planning, management and intelligence analysis from military intelligence, is an innovation to enterprise competitive intelligence work, and it provides a new paradigm for quick identifying of competition trends, monitoring of abnormity, and taking measures. The appearance of competitive intelligence war room is good for exerting competitive intelligence function fully, linking the gap between competitive intelligence and decision-making, and improving the status of competitive intelligence in the enterprise. This research probes into the operational mechanism of enterprise competitive intelligence war room to give an effective guidance to the practical activity of this competitive intelligence paradigm in the enterprises in China. This dissertation uses several research methods, such as literature analysis, inductive and deductive method, questionnaire survey, expert investigation, factor analysis, and so on. The dissertation is divided into 8 chapters. In Chapter One, the author introduces the background, intent and significance of the research, and expounds the main content, framework, methods, and the innovations of the research. In Chapter Two, the author reviews the relative research achievements in the fields of enterprise competitive, competitive intelligence and war room in order to discover something new and give this research theoretic and methodological basis. In Chapter Three, the dissertation probes into the special theories that enterprise competitive intelligence war room keeps to in exploring the utility of intelligence and human being’s potential, and then analyzes the definition, characters, aims, components, functions, as well as types of competitive intelligence war room. The dissertation builds the theoretic framework and general model of operation for enterprise competitive intelligence war room on this basis. In Chapter Four, based on the result of questionnaire survey on the status quo of competitive intelligence work in our country, the author analyzes the driving factors which force us to apply competitive intelligence war room. From the aspects of competitive intelligence resources audit and daily intelligence process re-engineering, how to improve the competitive intelligence behavior for competitive intelligence war room is discussed. At last, it designs the preparation model of operation. In Chapter Five, the author proposes that the implementation process design of competitive intelligence war room needs to consider the problem-driven approach, top management participation and process inosculation, and then brings forward the process model of operation. It argues the process management mechanism of competitive intelligence war room from the four aspects of intelligence dense accumulation and order, visualization of intelligence analysis and forecast, intelligence team super cooperation and interactivity, intelligence system dynamic maintenance and regulation. In Chapter Six, in order to analyze what control measures should be taken from foundation to implementation to have the competitive intelligence war room go well, the author builds the control model of operation to discuss how to control resources, processes and outcomes in the phases of preparing, implementing and evaluating through before-process control, process control and assessing control. In Chapter Seven, to ensure the enterprise competitive intelligence war room can be a persistent competitive intelligence action, the author first constructs an assurance model and index system of operation, and then uses questionnaire survey, factor analysis to verify them. And based on the verified assurance model and index system, it puts forward the assurance system of operation for the enterprise competitive intelligence war room in our country. In Chapter Eight, conclusions and contributions are summed up finally. It also discusses the limitation of the research, as well as several directions on future research in the field. Innovations of the research include the following aspects: Firstly, the author develops the theoretic framework and general model of operation for enterprise competitive intelligence war room to provide theoretic foundation for the practice of competitive intelligence war room and facilitate people to master the whole operation scheme. Secondly, the author builds the preparation, process, control model of operation for enterprise competitive intelligence war room. Based on the analysis of driving factors of operation and behavior improvement, the author builds the preparation model of operation; according to the principles of problem-driven approach, process inosculation and top management participation, it designs process model of operation; to coordinate the resources, processes and outcomes in the operation of competitive intelligence war room, it puts forwards the control model of operation. They are the guidance for the practice of competitive intelligence war room, and the innovations in the condition that the application and theory research of competitive intelligence war room is immature. Thirdly, the author builds the assurance model of operation and assurance system for enterprise competitive intelligence war room. The author verifies the assurance model and index system of operation with factor analysis, and puts forward the assurance system for enterprise competitive intelligence war room in our country based on the verified assurance model and index system. This is an exploration and attempt at the initial stage of its development in our country. | |
