中文摘要:传统汽车行业经历一百多年的发展,在全球范围引发了许多相关的企业管理的理论和研究,诞生了诸如精益管理、JIT管理等管理经典。电动汽车产业在政府政策的大力支持下,在最近二三十年快速发展。电动汽车及其零部件生产企业迎来了巨大的发展机遇,同时也面临许多挑战。企业之间的竞争在技术创新与合作、客户体验和服务、供应链整合等多个领域展开。采购作为供应链的重要环节,对降低成本、提升供应链的效率、促进技术创新、降低企业风险、提高客户满意度等方面具有不可替代的作用。 本文基于对电动汽车行业及其采购管理的特点的观察和分析,以供应链、采购管理和数字化应用的相关理论和研究作为理论基础,对电动汽车零部件E公司进行了案例分析。首先,论文阐述了对电动汽车零部件E公司进行研究的研究背景及论文的选题意义,介绍了论文的研究方法和整体的框架内容。详述了供应链管理、战略采购管理、供应商管理等相关理论和数字化应用的相关研究,为整篇论文的研究分析奠定理论基础。其次,对电动汽车零部件E公司进行介绍,包括公司和产品、市场地位、所处的内外部环境和公司战略;进而分析了E公司采购管理的现状和存在的问题,如供应链脆弱、供应商管理问题、采购管理中的数字化应用问题。接着,针对E公司战略和采购管理中的问题,提出了战略采购管理的改进目标和改进方案。改进方案以公司内部采购业务流程改进和公司外部供应商管理改进的双轮驱动,并以提高采购中数字化应用为基石。再者,对改进方案提出了相应的实施保障和实施效果评估,包括制度保障、文化保障、资金保障等三个方面,再通过系统的采购绩效评估来反映和监督改进方案的实施效果,并适时调整改进方案,达到持续改进的动态循环。最后,总结论文的主要结论,提出本文研究的不足和对未来的展望。 本篇论文的理论和实践价值主要体现在以下几个方面。首先,通过对电动汽车零部件E公司的战略采购管理分析,提出了战略采购管理改进能够帮助E公司提高供应链柔性、实现总成本最低、加强技术领先优势、提高采购效率;其次,通过对E公司现有采购管理中存在的问题进行分析并提出改进方案,以及改进方案的实施保障和效果评估,能够为电动汽车零部件行业企业的采购管理提供参考借鉴;最后,希望本文可以为企业的高级管理者和从事采购的专业人员在进行采购管理相关工作时提供研究思考,并加强对战略采购管理人才的引入和培养。 
英文摘要:After more than one hundred years of development in the traditional automobile industry, many related theories and researches on corporate management have been initiated worldwide, and management classics such as lean management and JIT management have been born. With the strong support of government policies, the electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly in the past two to three decades. Manufacturers of electric vehicles and their parts are facing tremendous development opportunities, but also facing many challenges. The competition among enterprises is spreading in many fields such as technological innovation and cooperation, customer experience and service, and supply chain integration. As an important part of the supply chain, procurement plays an irreplaceable role in reducing costs, improving the efficiency of the supply chain, promoting technological innovation, reducing corporate risks, and improving customer satisfaction. Based on the observation and analysis of the characteristics of the electric vehicle industry and its procurement management, this thesis uses the relevant theories and research of supply chain, procurement management and digital application as the theoretical basis to conduct a case analysis of the electric vehicle parts company E. First of all, the thesis expounds the research background of the electric vehicle parts company E and the significance of the thesis, and introduces the research methods and overall framework content of the thesis. The related theories of supply chain management, strategic procurement management, supplier management and related research on digital applications are described in detail, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research and analysis of the entire thesis. Secondly, it introduces the electric vehicle parts company E, including the company and products, market position, internal and external environment and company strategy; and then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of company E’s procurement management, such as fragile supply chain, supplier management fault, and digital application deficiency in procurement management. Then, in view of the problems in the company's strategy and procurement management, the improvement goals and improvement plans of strategic procurement management are proposed. The improvement plan is driven by the two-wheel drive of the company's internal procurement business process improvement and the company's external supplier management improvement, and is based on improving the digital application in procurement. Furthermore, corresponding implementation guarantees are put forward for the improvement plan, including three aspects: system guarantee, cultural guarantee, and capital guarantee. Then reflects and monitors the implementation effect of the improvement plan through systematic procurement performance evaluation, and timely adjust the improvement plan to achieve a dynamic cycle of continuous improvement. Finally, provide conclusion of the thesis, as well as the deficiencies of the research in this thesis and the prospects for the future. The theoretical and practical value of this thesis is mainly reflected in the following aspects. First, through the analysis of the strategic procurement management of electric vehicle parts E company, it is proposed that the improvement of strategic procurement management can help E company improve the flexibility of the supply chain, achieve the lowest total cost, strengthen technological leadership, and improve procurement efficiency; Analyzing the existing problems in the company’s existing procurement management and proposing improvement plans, as well as the implementation guarantee and effect evaluation of the improvement plans, can provide reference for the procurement management of enterprises in the electric vehicle parts industry; finally, I hope this thesis can inspire high-level managers and procurement professionals to conduct research and thinking when carrying out procurement management related work, and strengthen the introduction and training of strategic procurement management talents.
