| 中文摘要: | 组织结构设计从古至今都是管理学界最重视的课题之一。组织结构设计的好坏直接影响着企业的运行效率,关系着企业发展的各个方面,甚至决定着企业的存亡。组织结构对企业有着重要的意义,一方面,组织结构是上承接企业战略,下承接各个模块的重要转折点,是将企业战略实施的重要载具;另一方面,组织结构也是企业与经营环境之间的桥梁,建立与经营环境相匹配的组织结构,是企业能够生存与创新的主要方式。如今,国内燃气市场竞争越发激烈,燃气企业面临的生存环境也越来越紧张,竞争环境的瞬息万变给燃气企业组织结构的设计与管理都提出了新的挑战。那么如何来设计一个与时俱进的组织结构、一个与战略目标相匹配的组织结构,这是摆在每一位国内燃气行业管理者面前亟待解决的难题。 TS燃气集团目前正处于发展的瓶颈期,集团的内外部经营环境也随着我国经济形势,以及相关政策的变化,发生了巨大的变化。国家政策的放宽,导致外企、私企逐步进入国内燃气市场,使得TS燃气集团所处的市场竞争越来越激烈。激烈的市场竞争让TS燃气集团发现了自身组织管理存在的种种问题,例如:部门职能重叠交叉,重要职能的缺失,部门之间各自为战、沟通不畅等等,以上问题严重阻碍了TS燃气集团的发展。 此次研究从实践性和可操作性出发,在吸收了国内外优秀学者关于组织结构设计理论的基础上,采用理论与实践相结合的方式,结合了燃气企业的组织结构特点,以及TS燃气集团组织结构所存在的问题。另外,研究充分考虑了TS燃气集团目前面临的组织环境,并以此构建了TS燃气集团组结构设计框架。此次研究,有效的解决了TS燃气集团组织结构设计无从下手的问题,对指导TS燃气集团组织结构设计,以及方案的实施都具有较高的理论价值和普遍的借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Organizational structure design has always been one of the most important topics in the field of management. The quality of organizational structure design directly affects the operation efficiency of enterprises, relates to all aspects of enterprise development, and even determines the survival of enterprises. Organizational structure is of great significance to enterprises. On the one hand, organizational structure is an important turning point for undertaking enterprise strategy from top to bottom, and it is also an important vehicle for the implementation of enterprise strategy; on the other hand, organizational structure is also a bridge between enterprises and business environment, and the establishment of organizational structure matching with business environment is the main way for enterprises to survive and innovate. Nowadays, the domestic gas market competition is more and more fierce, and the living environment faced by gas enterprises is becoming more and more tense. The rapid change of the competitive environment brings new challenges to the design and management of the organizational structure of gas enterprises. So how to design an organizational structure that keeps pace with the times and match the strategic objectives is a difficult problem to be solved for every domestic gas industry manager. TS gas group is now in the bottleneck period of development, and the internal and external business environment of the group has changed greatly with the changes of China's economic situation and relevant policies. With the relaxation of national policies, foreign and private enterprises gradually enter the domestic gas market, which makes TS gas group more and more competitive in the market. The fierce market competition makes TS gas group find various problems existing in its organization and management, such as overlapping and overlapping of department functions, lack of important functions, fighting each other and poor communication among departments. These problems have seriously hindered the development of TS gas group. This study starts from the practicality and operability, and on the basis of absorbing the theory of organizational structure design of outstanding scholars at home and abroad, adopts the method of combining theory with practice, combines the characteristics of organizational structure of gas enterprises, and the problems existing in the organizational structure of TS gas group. In addition, the structure of the gas group is designed based on the structure of the gas group. This study effectively solves the problem that the organizational structure design of TS gas group can not start from. It has high theoretical value and universal reference significance for guiding the organizational structure design of TS gas group and the implementation of the scheme. | |
