中文摘要：	伴着世界经济综合发展与知识经济的成熟，人力资源已变成企业市场角逐中极为关键的资源。基于此种环境下，美国通用电气公司于1927年创建克劳顿维尔学院，昭示着一种崭新的组织学习发展模式——企业大学的正式诞生。企业大学经过多类模式推进个体与集体的学习成长，进而让组织获取持久的竞争优势。在我国，海信大学、海尔大学、联想大学等一些国内本土企业大学也不断迅速涌现。纵览国内外一流企业大学，其成功的关键层面就在于对集团发展策略与目标的解读与承接，如何保持企业大学发展战略与企业发展战略的一致性和支持性，这是一个非常有意义的课题。 WH公司作为国际知名化学新材料企业，在2019指出了长远的发展目标，五年踏进全球化工20强，最后将WH公司缔造成为拥有全球一流竞争能力的世界五百强企业集团。为推进企业战略目标的实现，公司决定成立自己的企业大学——WH大学。本文首先对研究的背景、意义和相关的方法和思路进行了阐述。同时，简述了企业大学相关的概念、各项理论研究和实践成果，以及战略与战略管理的概念和战略管理工具与方法等。然后，对WH企业大学现状和WH公司最新发展战略进行系统分析，通过战略管理的SWOT分析工具方法，对WH企业大学发展战略进行深入剖析，指出WH企业大学的发展战略及具体发展模式。接下来，对WH大学发展战略的各项具体实施战略进行解析，包括业务战略、资源获取、效果评价与控制等。在本文的最后，对全文的研究论述进行了总结，并通过将本次研究与实践问题的紧密结合，提出了本次企业大学研究的创新与不足，为以后研究企业大学建设提供借鉴和方向指引。
英文摘要：	With the development of global economic integration and knowledge economy, human resource has become the most important resource in enterprise competition. In this context, the establishment of Crotonville college by General Electric Company in the United States indicates the formal appearance of a new organizational learning development model enterprise university. Enterprise university promotes individual and collective learning and growth through various ways, so as to make the organization obtain sustainable competitive advantage. In China, a large number of domestic enterprise universities such as Hisense University, Haier University and Lenovo University have sprung up one after another. Throughout the excellent enterprise universities at home and abroad, the important aspect of their success lies in the interpretation and undertaking of the enterprise development strategy and objectives. How to maintain the consistency and support of the enterprise development strategy and the enterprise development strategy is a very meaningful topic. As an international well-known chemical new material enterprise, WH company has put forward the grand development goal in 2019, and has entered the top 20 global chemical industry enterprises in five years, and finally built WH into one of the world's top 500 enterprises with world-class competitiveness. In order to promote the realization of the company's strategic objectives, the company decided to establish its own enterprise university - WH University. Firstly, this paper expounds the background, significance and related methods and ideas of the research. At the same time, it briefly introduces the related concepts, theoretical research and practical results of enterprise university, as well as the concept of strategy and strategic management, and the tools and methods of strategic management. Then, it makes a systematic analysis on the current situation of WH enterprise university and the latest development strategy of WH company. Through the SWOT analysis tool method of strategic management, the development strategy of WH enterprise university is deeply analyzed, and the development strategy and specific development mode of WH enterprise university are pointed out. Next, it analyzes the specific implementation strategies of WH university development strategy, including business strategy, resource acquisition, effect evaluation and control. At the end of this paper, the paper summarizes the research and discussion of the full text, and through the close combination of this research and practical problems, puts forward the innovation and deficiency of this enterprise university research, and provides reference and direction guidance for future research on enterprise university construction.
