中文摘要：	伴随着市场经济的分工越来越细，同时客户对产品的需求越来越复杂，各个企业间的竞争开始日趋激烈，这都要求企业能够有效地整合内外资源，加强供应链的管理。在供应链管理中，供应商处于供应链的上游，其对于企业外部风险管控和交易成本降低至关重要。在多年的无纺布设备与原料采购的实际运作过程中，ZF公司发现在与供应商合作中存在着诸如订单不稳定、交货延期与质量存在瑕疵等诸多问题。如何更好地为公司选择优质的供应商，开始成为ZF公司需要认真对待的问题。 在参考和借鉴供应商选择评价的概念、方法、理论和国内外研究动态的基础上，本文首先对ZF公司和其产品进行简介，并从选择评价的主体、内容与流程等方面分析ZF公司供应商选择评价体系的现状，然后利用访谈调研法分析ZF公司供应商选择评价的关键要素，找到ZF公司供应商选择评价体系存在的问题及其原因。之后，在明确ZF公司供应商选择评价体系改进设计的思路后，针对发现的ZF公司供应商选择评价体系存在的问题及其原因，从增加供应商选择评价的主体范围、完善供应商选择评价的内容指标与增加供应商选择评价反馈流程三个方面提出ZF公司供应商选择评价体系改进设计的具体措施，同时为了确保ZF公司供应商选择评价体系改进设计方案能够快速地投入应用，从提升管理层的重视程度、招聘与培训专业技术人员与完善相关的制度文件三个方面提出了具体的保障措施。最后，本文对ZF公司供应商选择评价体系改进设计后实施效果进行了简单评价。 本文在对ZF公司供应商选择评价体系的改进研究中，首先建立起一套适合ZF公司发展的供应商选择评价体系，可以合理解决公司在供应商选择上的问题，能够为公司以后的发展奠定坚实的基础。其次，在本文的研究中，采用了一些可行的方法和较为科学的思路，能够对其它行业开展供应商选择评价体系改进提供一定的参考和借鉴。
英文摘要：	With the division of labor of market economy is more and more detailed, at the same time customer demand for products is more and more complex, the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, which requires enterprises to effectively integrate internal and external resources and strengthen supply chain management. In the supply chain management, the supplier is in the upstream of the supply chain, which is very important for the enterprise external risk control and transaction cost reduction. In the actual operation process of purchasing non-woven equipment and raw materials for many years, ZF company has found many problems in cooperation with suppliers, such as unstable orders, delivery delay and quality defects. How to choose high quality suppliers for the company has become a serious problem for ZF company. Based on the concept, method, theory and research trends of supplier selection evaluation at home and abroad, this paper first introduces ZF company and its products, and analyzes the status quo of supplier selection evaluation system of ZF company from the aspects of the subject, content and process of selection evaluation, and then analyzes the key elements of supplier selection evaluation of ZF company by interview survey method, and finds out Z The problems and reasons of supplier selection evaluation system in F company. Then, after clarifying the ideas of improving the design of ZF company's supplier selection evaluation system, aiming at the problems and their causes found in the supplier selection evaluation system of ZF company, the paper proposes the supplier selection evaluation system reform of ZF company from three aspects: increasing the main scope of supplier selection evaluation, improving the content index of supplier selection evaluation and increasing the feedback process of supplier selection evaluation At the same time, in order to ensure that the improved design scheme of supplier selection evaluation system of ZF company can be put into application quickly, the specific safeguard measures are put forward from three aspects: enhancing the management's attention, recruiting and training professional and technical personnel and improving the relevant system documents. Finally, this paper simply evaluates the implementation effect of the improved design of ZF company's supplier selection evaluation system. In the research on the improvement of ZF company's supplier selection evaluation system, this paper first establishes a set of supplier selection evaluation system suitable for ZF company's development, which can reasonably solve the company's problems in supplier selection and lay a solid foundation for the company's future development. Secondly, in this paper, some feasible methods and more scientific ideas are adopted, which can provide some reference for other industries to improve the supplier selection evaluation system.
