中文摘要:目前中国(不含港澳台)共有规模以上白酒企业1098家,而白酒行业全部企业数量则为209868家。由此可见,白酒生产的主力军还是小微白酒企业,这些企业都有观念陈旧、技术落后、缺乏科学管理等多重问题。面对市场波动时,抗风险能力较弱;扩大再生产期间,大多也只在单一生产环节盲目提升产能,缺乏先进管理经验的输入,对于机会成本以及抗风险能力提升的意识薄弱。本文旨在运用相关理论和方法,以ZL公司为典型代表,开展其纵向一体化的分析和研究,并得出ZL公司纵向一体化战略的发展规划,为ZL公司实施战略发展提供保障措施。既起到理论验证作用,又为ZL公司和其他白酒企业提供业务发展的思路、学术理论支撑和实际操作方法上的参考案例,推动白酒行业对纵向一体化战略理论的应用。 ZL公司白酒酿造基地位于四川省邛崃市,从事固态发酵白酒酿造、投入创新性的窖藏老熟设备工艺、鼓励创新与研发、自建现代化酒窖、坚持“好酒酿出来”。但是,公司当前的发展战略过于粗放,没有适合企业的战略规划,四川地区白酒产业链的优势没有得到充分发挥,资源没有得到充分利用,利益没有得到最大化。因此,完善和制定一套适合企业发展的全面的纵向一体化战略势在必行。 在实施纵向一体化战略的过程中,白酒酿造企业应根据自身的客观优势、外部环境和机遇设计并制定适应发展的战略。为了保证战略的实施和发展,还需要采取一系列措施来评估和控制风险,最终保证战略的顺利实施和快速发展。本文的研究对ZL公司进行了全面系统的分析,对公司的发展具有一定的指导价值。同样的,希望本次研究的结论能够给该行业或者类似的酒类酿造企业,在实施纵向一体化战略的过程中提供一定的借鉴。  
英文摘要:At present, China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) has a total of 1098 large-scale liquor enterprises, while the total number of liquor industry enterprises is 209,868. Small and micro liquor enterprises generally have a series of problems such as backward technology, outdated concept, and non-standard management. When facing the market fluctuation, the anti-risk ability is weak. For expanding production, most of them only blindly improve the capacity in a single production link, lack the input of advanced management experience, and have a weak awareness of the improvement of opportunity cost and anti-risk ability. The purpose of this thesis is to use relevant theories and methods, take the liquor business of ZL company as a typical representative, carry out the analysis and research of its vertical integration, and draw the development plan of the liquor business vertical integration strategy of ZL Company, so as to provide guarantee measures for the strategic development of ZL Company. It not only plays the role of theoretical verification, but also provides ZL company and other enterprises in the liquor industry with business development ideas, so as to promote the application of the theory of vertical integration strategy in the liquor industry. ZL company is based in Qionglai City, Sichuan Province. Sichuan is a big wine-making province with a long history. The annual output of white wine accounts for more than 50% in China. Qionglai is also known as the liquor capital of China. Qionglai, which is well-known throughout the country, has five major brewing advantages: good water quality, good soil quality, good climate, good air quality and good microbial fermentation. ZL company develops solid liquor brewing, invests in innovative cellaring technology, encourages innovation and research and development, builds modern wine cellar and insists on "good wine brewing". However, the company's current development strategy is too extensive, lacks the strategic planning suitable for the enterprise, has not yet given full play to the advantage of Sichuan local liquor industry chain, resources have not yet been fully utilized, and interests have not been maximized. Therefore, it is imperative to perfect and formulate a comprehensive vertical integration strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise. In the process of implementing vertical integration strategy, liquor brewing enterprises should design and formulate strategies to adapt to development based on their own objective advantages, external environment and opportunities. In order to ensure the implementation and development of the strategy, a number of measures are adopted to evaluate and control risks and ultimately ensure the smooth implementation and rapid development of the strategy. The research in this thesis is a comprehensive systematic analysis of ZL company, which has a certain guiding value for the development of the company. At the same time, it is hoped that the conclusion of this study can provide some reference for the industry or similar wine brewing enterprises in the process of implementing vertical integration strategy.
