中文摘要:摘 要 中国建筑企业国际化经营已成常态,在国际建筑市场中是一支重要力量。A公司是《财富》世界500强企业,是建筑行业的全球承包商和国际承包商双10强企业。在国际建设队伍中,A公司在水利电力、水资源、交通设施、房屋建筑等领域是重要的骨干建设力量。因此,研究A公司的国际化战略具有重要意义。 本文以A公司为蓝本,从国际化经营发展的角度进行分析研究,系统分析当前的国际建筑市场区域格局、行业发展态势以及未来发展趋势,结合A公司国际化经营情况进行 SWOT 分析,再根据优劣势分析结果进行战略规划和策略选择,制定相应措施保障新战略得以实施与落地。主要从四个方面展开分析和研究:第一,从国际化及跨国公司概念开始,到国际化经营理论中相关的竞争优势的形成及转移,再到竞争环境分析和竞争战略制定的相关理论工具,为战略研究提供理论基础;第二,结合目前国际建筑市场格局及未来发展趋势,用产业链、 SWOT 等理论工具来识别、分析A公司国际化经营的市场环境;掌握战略制定的环境基础及需要重点解决的问题;第三,结合前文的分析结果,提出了A公司国际化战略的定位及市场规划,并提出可行的路径方案;最后,根据战略推进和落地需要,提出了必要的能力提升和改进措施。 通过研究得出,A公司要实现全球化发展战略目标,必须在战略指引下,整合产业链,提升产业竞争力;调整国际业务组织结构,系统性增强A公司及其子企业国际化经营的综合能力。在国际化发展过程中,既要保持既有优势,又要培育新实力,既要守住基本盘,也要拓展新空间。最后,希望对A公司为蓝本的战略研究具有一定的参考价值,既能助力A公司全球化发展,也能给其他中国承包商提供帮助及可借鉴的案例与启示。 
英文摘要:Abstract The internationalized management of Chinese construction enterprises has become a normality, which acts as a significant drive in the international construction market. As the Fortune Global 500, company A is one of the top 10 global contractors and international contractors in the construction industry.In the international construction team, company A is an important backbone construction force in the fields of water conservancy and electric engineering, water resources, transportation facilities, housing construction, etc. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the internationalization strategy of company A. On the basis of company A, this paper analyzes and studies from the perspective of the internationalized management and development, systematically analyzes the current regional pattern of international construction market, industry development trend and future development trend, and carries out SWOT combined with the internationalized operation of company A. Then, strategic planning and selection are conducted in the light of the analysis results of strengths and weaknesses, taking corresponding measures to ensure the new strategy put in place.This paper conducts analysis and research from four aspects: First, starting from the concept of internationalization and transnational corporations, to the formation and transfer of relevant competitive advantages in international management theory, and then to relevant theoretical tools for competitive environment analysis and competitive strategies formulation, to provide a theoretical basis for strategic research; second, combined with the current international construction market pattern and future development trend, use industrial chain, SWOT and other theoretical tools to identify and analyze the market environment of company A's international operations, and grasp the environmental basis of strategy formulation and the key issues to be addressed; thirdly, based on the above analysis results, the paper puts forward the positioning and market planning of company A's internationalization strategy, and proposes a feasible path plan; finally, according to the needs of strategic promotion and implementation, the necessary capacity enhancement and improvement measures are proposed. According to the research, in order to realize the strategic goal of globalization development, company A must integrate the industrial chain and enhance the industrial competitiveness under the strategic guidance, adjust the international business organization structure to systematically enhance the comprehensive ability of A company and its subsidiaries in international operation. In the process of internationalization, it is necessary to maintain existing advantages and cultivate new strengths, keep the basic structure and expand new space.Finally, it is hoped to provide some reference value for the strategic research based on company A, which can not only help company A's globalization development, but also provide other Chinese contractors with some helpful cases and inspirations.
