中文摘要：	“一带一路”沿线国家能源资源丰富，能源工程市场潜力巨大。对于近年来缺少订单的中国能源工程企业吸引力很大，但是在“一带一路”沿线国家能源工程项目，市场竞争有了新的趋势，从传统的E（设计）+P（采购）+C（施工）+M（工程管理）工程总包实力的竞争演变为工程总包企业为项目提供融资能力这一新领域的竞争，只有能够为能源公司提供项目融资支持的企业才能在此市场上获得市场的认可。所以，通过“一带一路”项目融资管理的研究，可以为中国能源工程企业开拓市场提供支持，同时也可以为中国企业国际化战略发展提供参考，进而为人民币国际化拓宽了渠道。 本文以H 能源工程公司为例去探讨中国能源工程公司在“一带一路”项目实施工程中遇到的项目融资管理问题，以总结出H 公司在项目融资管理中存在的问题及解决措施。首先，本文梳理了目前国内外项目融资的相关概念、理论及文献，了解到相关的融资模式，并对各种模式的特点及适用条件进行了分类归纳，对H 公司在项目融资过程中可选择融资模式进行整理；其次，通过对H公司基本情况、“一带一路”项目情况及项目融资现状进行梳理，结合H 公司融资历史与融资项目操作历史，整理出H 公司“一带一路”项目融资的面临的主要问题。最后，从改进风险管理提升效率、拓宽融资渠道增加效益及优化资本结构降低融资成本等方面对H 公司“一带一路”项目融资提出了具体的管理建议。 最终，为H 公司解决在“一带一路”能源工程项目承揽中遇到的融资困难找到了具体可实施方案。也为中国工程公司拓展“一带一路”项目融资市场，解决项目融资管理问题提供一些有意义的探索。
英文摘要：	The countries along the Belt and Road are rich in energy resources and have great potential in the energy engineering market. It is attractive for China’s energy engineering companies with limited market indoor. But there is a clear trend in the "Belt and Road" along the national energy engineering projects, the market has evolved from the traditional EPC projects management ability competition to financing capacity competition, only the companies who can provide project financing support could obtain market recognition. Therefore, through the "Belt and Road" project financing management research, we could provide support for China's energy engineering enterprises to open up the market, also for Chinese enterprises to provide reference for the internationalization of strategic development, and thus to broaden the channels for the internationalization of the RMB. This paper takes H Energy Engineering Company as an example to discuss the project financing management problems encountered by China Energy Engineering Company in the implementation of the Belt and Road Projects. In order to summarize the problems and explore solutions in the project financing management of H Company. First of all, this paper combs the relevant concepts, theories and documents of domestic and foreign project financing, finds the relevant financing mode, and summarizes the characteristics and applicable conditions of various models, and sorts out the financing mode that H company can choose in the process of project financing; Secondly, from improving the efficiency of risk management, broadening the financing channels to increase efficiency and optimize the capital structure to reduce the financing costs, the company's "Belt and Road" projects financing put forward specific management recommendations. Finally, a concrete implementation plan was found for H company to solve the financing difficulties encountered in the "Belt And Road" energy EPC project contract. It also provides some meaningful exploration for similar Chinese companies to expand the "Belt And Road" project. In the end, it found a specific implementation plan for Company H to solve the "Belt and Road" energy engineering project financing difficulties. It also provides some meaningful exploration for Chinese engineering companies to expand the "Belt and Road" project financing market and solve the project financing management problems.
