中文摘要: 在2013年汉诺威工业博览会上,德国结合工业发展中的阶段,针对工业企业领域正式推出了工业4.0战略。随着计算机技术的发展,特别是物联网技术的发展,市场已经悄然发生变化,小批量,多品种逐渐成为市场的主流需求方式,而传统的工业企业模式已经无法满足目前和未来市场的需求。生产力发展,生产模式发展,经济发展和市场需求都迫切需要新的工业企业运作模式来进一步发展生产力,而计算机技术的高速发展已经为工业企业的新模式实施打下了坚实的基础。这个新模式即为融合信息技术,互联网技术,传感器技术,物联网技术及虚拟仿真技术的智能化工厂。 为了实现把中国建设成为世界制造强国的宏伟目标,中国政府在2015年提出了“中国制造2025”的规划,即争取到2025年,使中国跻身制造强国行列。这意味着中国的传统制造业面临新的挑战,但更多的是发展机遇。中国的传统制造业迫切需要向智能制造转型升级,而进行数字化工厂建设是中国传统制造企业践行信息化技术与新的生产制造流程,迈向智能制造的第一步。CY公司作为刚成立三年的汽车内饰注塑模具制造公司,在重点投资购买先进的机床设备和自动化生产单元的情况下,仍旧依靠落后的信息化系统和管理模式来运营公司业务,面临种种问题,压力沉重。 本文站在CY公司高层管理者角度,从介绍数字化工厂的相关概念,研究现状以及运营创新,企业再造理论,普渡企业集成建模框架和模具行业“CCC”方法入手,使用调查法了解CY公司的现状,通过对德国先进模具企业与中国对标企业的对比及CY公司内部调查,对公司存在问题及深层原因进行了分析,得出CY公司进行数字化工厂建设的必然性和可实施性;接着通过文献研究和案例研究方法,从公司数字化工厂研究框架,基础要素,关键技术,建设目标,方案设计及评估指标五个方面分析了CY公司数字化工厂建设方案,并对CY公司数字化工厂建设实施过程和方法进行了规划;最后从组织,资金与人员三方面保障CY公司数字化工厂建设的顺利实施,并总结出数字化工厂建设要遵循战略,目标,技术维度,管理维度及资源保障的整体框架才能实施成功的结论。本研究不仅可以指导CY公司完成数字化工厂的建设,对其他类似的传统制造行业数字化转型也具有借鉴意义。 
英文摘要: At Hannover Messe 2013, the industry 4.0 strategy was announced officially by Germany government in the field of industrial enterprises in combination with the stage of industrial development. With the development of computer technology, especially the Internet of Things technology, the market has quietly changed. Small batches and multiple varieties have gradually become the mainstream demand mode of the market, while the traditional industrial enterprise model can no longer meet the current and future market needs. Productivity development, production mode, economic development and market demand all urgently need new operation mode of industrial enterprises to further develop productivity, while a firm foundation for the implementation of new mode of industrial enterprises has been made by the rapid expanding of computer technique.The new model is an intelligent factory that combines information technology, Internet technology, sensor technology, Internet of Things technology and virtual simulation technology. In order to achieve the ambitious goal of building China into a world manufacturing power, the Chinese government put forward the "Made in China 2025" plan in 2015, that is, strive to make China one of the manufacturing powers by 2025. This means that China's traditional manufacturing industry needs to face new challenges, but more of them are development opportunities. China's traditional manufacturing enterprises urgently need to transform and upgrade to intelligent manufacturing, and the construction of digital factory is the first step for them to practice information technology and production and manufacturing process, and to move towards intelligent manufacturing. CY Co., Ltd, as an automobile mould manufacturing company founded only two years ago, is still operating its business by relying on backward information system and management mode while focusing on the purchase of advanced machine tools and automatic production units. Therefore, it is faced with various problems and heavy pressure. Starting with the introduction of relevant theories and methods of digital factory, knowing about the actuality via investigation method, open issues and deep causes of CY are analyzed by this paper. Through the comparison between German advanced mould enterprises and Chinese standard enterprises and the internal investigation of the company, the inevitability and feasibility of the construction of digital factory in CY company are obtained. Meanwhile, the company's digital factory construction needs and goals are summarized. The construction plan of CY's digital factory was analyzed from five aspects, including construction objectives, research framework, basic elements, key technologies, evaluation indicators and scheme design. Then, the implementation of digital factory construction of CY is analyzed. Finally, the smooth implementation of CY digital factory construction is guaranteed from three aspects of organization, capital and personnel. It summarizes that the successful implementation of CY company's digital factory construction should follow the overall framework of strategy, goal, technology, management and resource guarantee. This study can not only guide CY to complete the construction of digital factory, but also provide reference for other similar traditional manufacturing industries in digital transformation.
