中文摘要:随着建筑电子的发展,对于火灾自动报警控制器的要求越来越高,尤其是伴随着云计算、大数据和物联网等高新技术的出现,对于火灾自动报警控制器的研发速度和产品质量都提出了更高的要求。为了更好地推进“智慧消防”建设,消防国家标准也在同步升级中。S公司为了紧跟市场和技术的发展开展了F火灾自动报警控制器项目。为了加快项目速度,提高项目质量,该火灾自动报警控制器项目采用了Scrum敏捷的项目管理方式。面临如此富于变化的内部和外部的环境,项目存在的风险之大不言而喻。正因为该项目的独特性及所面临的变化,对该项目进行风险管控对于S公司完成该项目有重大意义。 论文首先在项目与项目风险管理的相关概念界定的基础上,梳理了Scrum敏捷与项目风险管理相关理论与工具;其次,对该项目的行业背景及项目独特性给出了一定的介绍和分析,并简要说明了S公司的敏捷项目管理体系;再次,对该项目从多个角度进行了风险识别,识别获得了诸多风险后,运用Yaahp软件的层次分析法组件对于各风险要素进行了评估和度量,并通过对敏捷开发工具的裁剪,在F项目的敏捷开发的信息化平台基础上对该项目的风险执行了持续动态的项目风险监控,由此完成了对于这一项目的风险管理工作。 针对敏捷开发缺少项目风险管理模块的现状,本文在Scrum敏捷可裁剪架构的基础上创新地结合了项目风险管理工具,将风险管理的理念和工具融于敏捷开发的角色和事件中,摸索出了一种针对F项目的风险管理新方法,具有一定的应用创新价值。同时论文从S公司的F项目入手,阐述了硬件为主的研发类项目的敏捷开发与风险管理的内在关系,不仅对S公司的同类项目的风险管理改进具有一定的指导和借鉴作用,同时对相关企业实施项目的风险管理具有一定的参考价值。 
英文摘要:With the increase of high-rise civil and commercial buildings, the technical requirements for automatic fire alarm controllers are getting higher and higher. Although the fire fighting equipment market is relatively stable, the continuous development of technology, especially with the emergence of high-tech technologies such as cloud, big data, and the IoT, has proposed higher requirements for development speed and product quality of automatic fire alarm controllers. To promote the construction of "smart fire protection" better, national fire protection standards are also being upgraded simultaneously. In order to keep up with the development of market and technology, S company launched the F fire automatic alarm controller project. To speed up the project and improve the quality of the project, the automatic fire alarm controller project adopted a project management method based on Scrum. Facing such internal and external environment that is full of changes, without doubt the risks of the project is very high. Because of the uniqueness of the project and the changes it faces, the risk management and control of the project is very meaningful for S company to complete the project. Firstly, based on the definition of project and project risk management, this thesis combs the relevant theories and tools of Scrum agile and project risk management; secondly, it introduces and analyzes the industry background and uniqueness of the project, and briefly describes the agile project management system of S company; thirdly, it identifies the risks of the project from various views, After many risks have been identified, the risk elements are measured by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) component of Yaahp. Through tailoring the agile development tools, the project risk of F project is monitored continuously and dynamically on the base of the information platform of agile development of F project, so to complete the risk management of this project. Facing the lack of project risk management module in agile development system, based on scrum agile tailorable architecture, this paper innovatively integrates the concept and tools of risk management into the roles and events of agile development, and explores a new risk management method for F project, which has certain application innovation value. At the same time, from the F project of S company, this thesis expounds the internal relationship between the agile development and risk management of hardware-based R & D projects, which not only has a certain guidance and reference function for the risk management improvement of similar projects of S company, but also has a certain reference value for related enterprises to implement project risk management.
