| 中文摘要: | 随着信息时代到大数据时代的转变,金融领域也发生着翻天覆地的变化。金融企业在行业中立足的重点逐渐演变为运用一种全新的方式,对信息化所带来的庞大数据进行分析和重新架构并从中获取巨大商业价值的产品和服务的过程。然而大数据发展的障碍在于数据的“流动性”和“可获取性”,大数据平台建设项目正是扫除这一障碍的重要手段,也是金融企业产业升级、拥抱大数据的有效途径。Z银行大数据平台建设项目作为Z银行的战略性项目,该项目的顺利实施对Z银行有着至关重要的意义。但是大数据平台项目的水平参差不齐,对于这种高端人才密集型项目,决定项目质量的至关重要的因素在于项目人员的绩效和项目团队的绩效。 本文以Z银行大数据平台建设项目为研究对象。首先,明确了项目人力资源管理与绩效管理的概念,系统的阐述了Z银行大数据平台建设项目的背景;其次,对整个项目人员绩效管理存在的问题进行了深入的分析和研究;然后从理论与实践两个角度探讨Z银行大数据平台建设项目应采取何种手段提高绩效管理水平,并针对Z银行大数据平台建设项目人力资源绩效管理中存在的问题分别从绩效管理流程、绩效考核指标体系和绩效考核方法与周期三个方面提出了具体的改进优化措施,然后针对改进措施提出了实施方案以及实施保障措施。本文研究结果证明,通过项目中人员绩效管理的优化,可以提高项目的质量,有效的把控项目的进度和确保项目的交付。项目质量的提高使得客户满意度也大大提高,从而使得企业在同行业中的竞争力也得以提升。同时,对Z银行大数据平台建设项目的人员绩效管理的分析和改进,具有很强的现实意义和指导作用,对于Z银行其它项目以及其他类似大型跨国金融企业对项目的人员绩效管理提升也有借鉴的意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Along with the revolution of the Age of Big Data, the Banking and Financial industry is gradually undergoing earth shaking changes. To drive the great value through the analysis of massive data in a fresh way from products and services has become the focus of the Banking and Financial companies. All this is to the company in an invincible position in market competition. The obstacles to the development of big data lie in the "liquidity" and "accessibility" of data. The big data platform project is an important way to remove this obstacle, and is also an effective way for the Banking and Financial companies to enhance its industries upgrades. As a strategy project, the big data platform project’s successful release is of great significance to Z Bank.However, the quality of big data platform projects is uneven. For such talent intensive projects, the performance of the project team are the most important factors to determine the project quality. This thesis takes Z bank big data platform project as the research object. Firstly, the concept of project human resource management and performance management is defined, and systematically expatiates the background of the big data platform project of Z bank; Secondly, analyzed the problems existing in project human resource performance management in the entire project phases; Then it discusses what measures should be taken to improve performance management in Z bank big data platform project from two angles of theory and practice. Proposed the counter-measures from three aspects: performance management process,performance indicator system and performance appraisal method and cycle. Then proposed implementation plan for the improvement and application of safeguards. The research of the thesis shows that the optimization of personnel performance management in the project can improve the quality of the project and also it can help with the project with effectively control the progress and ensure the delivery, improve customer satisfaction, and further more to enhance the competitiveness of the bank. At the same time, the analysis and improvement of performance management of Z bank's big data platform project has strong practical significance and guiding role to other banks. | |
