中文摘要：	企业的信息化建设可以提高企业的生产运营效率，降低运营风险和运营成本，从而提高企业的整体管理水平和持续运营能力。OTIS电梯公司作为全球领先的电梯、自动扶梯和自动人行道的制造商和服务提供商，在企业的信息化建设方面一直走在行业的前沿。电梯布置图作为电梯销售项目的重要文件，一般由布置图工程师应用AutoCAD制图软件进行绘制，但是随着电梯产品种类和客户个性化需求的增多，电梯布置图的绘制数量和绘制难度大大增加，电梯布置图绘制工作迎来了新的挑战。LDS（Layout Design System，电梯布置图自动设计系统）是OTIS电梯公司内部开发的基于网络的根据电梯规格参数自动绘制电梯布置图的软件系统，LDS自动绘图系统的应用可以提高电梯布置图的绘制效率，有效地解决目前遇到的难题。LDS软件项目即是在该环境下开展实施的，但是在实施过程中却出现了进度拖延、延期交付和质量缺陷等问题，主要原因是LDS软件项目在需求管理方面存在严重不足。 本文结合项目范围管理、软件需求管理以及软件项目管理模型的基本理论，介绍了LDS软件项目的基本情况及其独特性，分析了LDS软件项目需求管理现状和需求管理难点，总结了LDS软件项目在需求开发阶段和需求变更阶段存在的主要问题并对问题原因进行了分析，提出了针对LDS软件项目的需求管理优化方案。通过本文研究形成了一套比较适用于类似项目的需求管理工作方法，有助于提高需求管理水平，为OTIS电梯公司后续开发新型电梯产品的自动绘图系统提供参考，为企业内部开发其他软件项目提供决策支持，推动企业的信息化建设，帮助企业获得持续竞争优势。
英文摘要：	The informatization construction of enterprises can improve the production and operation efficiency of enterprises, reduce the operation risks and operating costs, so as to improve the overall management level and sustainable operation ability of enterprises. Otis Elevator Company, as the world's leading manufacturer and service provider of elevators, escalators and escalators, has been in the forefront of the industry in terms of enterprise information construction. As an important document of elevator sales project, the drawing of elevator layout is usually drawn by layout engineers using AutoCAD drawing software. However, with the increase of elevator product types and customers' personalized needs, the number and difficulty of the drawing of elevator layout are greatly increased, and the drawing work is facing new challenges. LDS (layout design system) is a network-based software project developed by Otis Elevator Company. It can improve the efficiency of drawing elevator layout drawing and effectively solve the current problems. LDS software project is carried out in this environment, but in the implementation process, there are some problems such as schedule delay, delayed delivery and quality defects. The main reason is that there are serious deficiencies in project demand management. Based on the basic theory of project scope management, software demand management and software project management model, this paper introduces the basic situation and uniqueness of LDS software project, analyzes the current situation and difficulties of demand management of LDS software project, summarizes the main problems existing in the demand development stage and requirement change stage of LDS software project, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some suggestions .The optimization scheme of requirement management for LDS software project is proposed. Through the study of this paper, a set of demand management methods suitable for similar projects is formed, which is helpful to improve the level of demand management, provide reference for the subsequent development of automatic drawing system of new elevator products, provide decision support for internal development of other software projects, promote the informatization construction of enterprises, and help enterprises obtain sustainable competitive advantages.
