中文摘要:在基建投资的快速回升、国Ⅲ汽车的加速淘汰、新能源物流商用车的高速发展、超载治理力度不断加大等利好因素促进下,我国商用车市场产销量屡创新高,商用车金融行业发展潜力巨大,是我国未来成长性最好的行业之一。商用车金融行业的巨大市场吸引着越来越多的资金进入,其中包括传统银行和金融机构、物流、快递企业,以及互联网金融等新型金融机构,市场竞争愈发复杂和激烈。 本文采用文献研究法、定性研究法、实地调研法、比较分析法等研究方法,以商用车金融行业头部企业FAF公司作为研究对象,将战略管理理论与FAF公司商用车金融业务自身发展相结合,研究在复杂的市场环境下,如何选择适用的竞争战略。首先,本文对FAF公司商用车金融业务现状进行了详细介绍及问题分析,总结其在商用车金融业务上主要存在业务发展遇到瓶颈、经营利润不理想、业务战略不清晰等问题。在此基础上,通过PEST分析法、波特五力模型、SWOT分析法等战略分析工具的运用,对FAF公司商用车金融业务进行详细的内外部环境分析,总结出FAF公司商用车金融业务的内部优劣势以及外部机会与威胁。根据上述信息,对FAF公司商用车金融业务实施成本领先战略、差异化战略以及聚焦战略三种竞争战略的可行性进行了逐一分析。 结合FAF公司的业务战略目标,通过对三种竞争战略的可行性分析,最终提出差异化战略作为FAF公司商用车金融业务的竞争战略选择。结合FAF公司商用车金融业务价值链的基本活动和辅助活动,对应各个活动提出差异化战略实施的相关对策建议,为其战略实施提供参考。同时,也希望能够通过本次研究,为我国商用车金融研究提供借鉴,促进商用车金融行业健康快速发展。 
英文摘要:Under the promotion of the rapid recovery of infrastructure investment, the accelerated elimination of state III vehicles, the rapid development of new energy logistics commercial vehicles, and the increasing overload control efforts, China's commercial vehicle market production and sales volume has repeatedly reached new heights, and the commercial vehicle financial industry has great development potential, which is one of the best growth industries in China in the future. The huge market of commercial vehicle financial industry attracts more and more capital, including traditional banks and financial institutions, logistics, express delivery enterprises, and new financial institutions such as Internet finance. The market competition is becoming more and more complex and fierce. In this paper, literature research, qualitative research, field research, comparative analysis and other research methods, taking FAF Company as the research object, combines the strategic management theory with the development of FAF Company's commercial vehicle financial business, and studies how to choose the suitable competitive strategy in the complex market environment. First of all, this paper introduces the current situation of commercial vehicle financial business of FAF Company in detail and analyzes the problems, and summarizes the main problems existing in the commercial vehicle financial business, such as business development bottleneck, operating profit is not ideal, business strategy is not clear and so on. On this basis, through the use of PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis and other strategic analysis tools, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of FAF's commercial vehicle financial business in detail, and summarizes the internal advantages and disadvantages as well as external opportunities and threats of FAF's commercial vehicle financial business. According to the above information, this paper analyzes the feasibility of three competitive strategies of FAF's commercial vehicle financial business, including cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy and focus strategy. Combined with the business strategic objectives of FAF Company, through the feasibility analysis of the three competitive strategies, the differentiation strategy is finally proposed as the competitive strategy choice of commercial vehicle financial business of FAF Company. Combined with the basic activities and auxiliary activities of the commercial vehicle financial business value chain of FAF Company, the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of differentiation strategy for each activity, so as to provide reference for the implementation of the strategy. At the same time, we also hope that through this study, we can provide reference for China's commercial vehicle financial research, and promote the healthy and rapid development of commercial vehicle financial industry.
