中文摘要:改革开放以来,房地产行业已成为我国经济增长的主要带动行业之一。但近年来,为了防止房地产过度膨胀的泡沫化对国民经济的危害,国家针对房地产业的调控政策愈加频繁,一、二线城市土地资源日渐稀少,开发成本不断上涨,品牌地产逐渐增多,房地产市场竞争日益激烈。房地产企业的战略规划也逐渐由早期的“重投资,重效益”,逐渐转变到“重人才,重发展”上来。房地产企业越来越意识到人力资源管理特别是员工绩效管理带给企业的巨大能量,良好的员工绩效管理体系的建立有利于激发员工的工作热忱,使员工能够更好地投入工作,为企业争创效益。 本文主要以ZQ地产公司为例,依据绩效管理的相关理论及方法,对其员工绩效管理中存在的问题及原因进行深入分析,并提出相应的解决对策。 首先,绪论对本论文研究的背景以及研究的意义展开了探讨,对相关的观点进行了详细地论述。其次,本文从第二章引入员工绩效管理的相关基本理论,以绩效管理的概念、绩效管理流程、员工绩效管理方法为本研究的理论依据。第三章对当下房地产企业员工绩效中遇到的困境和存在的普遍问题进行了阐述,并重点结合国家宏观调控的背景及行业发展态势,对ZQ公司存在的问题及原因进行了深入分析。第四章,主要以ZQ公司为例,结合新的国家调控及企业发展的自身情况,提出了企业员工绩效管理的优化策略。最后,对全文做出了总结,包括主要结论、不足之处和研究展望。 希望通过本文的研究,能够对房地产企业员工绩效管理的改善提供帮助。  
英文摘要:The real estate industry is the main driving industry of China's economic growth. In recent years, the state regulation and control policies have become more and more frequent, land resources in first-and second-tier cities are becoming scarce, development costs are increasing, and brand real estate gradually increased, the real estate market is becoming increasingly competitive. The strategic planning of real estate enterprises has gradually changed from "emphasizing investment and benefit" in the early stage to "emphasizing talent and development". Real estate enterprises are increasingly aware of the great energy brought by human resource management, especially employee performance management. The establishment of a good employee performance system is conducive to stimulating employees' enthusiasm for work, enabling them to better devote themselves to their work and strive for benefits for the enterprise. This paper mainly takes ZQ Company as an example to analyze the existing problems and solutions in the performance of employees in real estate enterprises in China. Firstly, starting from the introduction, the background and significance of this paper are discussed, and the relevant viewpoints are discussed in detail. Secondly, this paper introduces the related basic theories of employee performance from the second chapter, taking the concept of employee performance management, employee performance management process and employee performance management method as the theoretical foundation. The third chapter elaborates on the current difficulties and common problems encountered in the performance of employees in real estate enterprises, and focuses on the careful analysis and summary of ZQ company based on the national regulation and industry development. The fourth chapter, taking ZQ Company as an example, combined with the new national regulation and enterprise development, proposed the optimization strategy of enterprise employee performance. Finally, a summary is made for the full text, including the summary of the content of this paper, shortcomings and research prospects. It is hoped that this study can provide help for the improvement of employee performance system in real estate enterprises.
