中文摘要:银行物理网点作为商业银行对外经营与服务的主要窗口,其一直以来扮演着银行业务办理、客户拓展、文化展示和人才培养的重要角色。近年来,在习近平总书记“中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会”报告的政策指导下,国内经济形势产生了新的变化,经济结构转型升级,金融科技加速发展,这都直接和间接的导致了银行业在营商环境、经营范围和客户结构等层面发生转变。 商业银行为适应经营环境变化和金融科技发展,提出了综合化转型和数字化转型的企业战略目标,并采取了增设业务品种、多类型业务融合、自助机具布设等具象化的转型战略实施手段,导致网点传统运营模式无法完全覆盖新型的银行经营模式,也因此产生了诸如指标完成率降低、员工工作效率下降、服务人员不足、客户投诉量增大等问题,严重影响了银行网点的客户服务能力和对外宣传能力,制约了银行网点业务营销与发展,加剧了客户流失和银行内部人才流失。 本文以银行业经营环境的变化和金融科技的快速发展为背景,以商业银行综合化转型战略和数字化转型战略为切入点,着眼于各商业银行网点面临的焦点型问题,深挖本质,使用新网点主义理论、功能金融理论、库克曲线理论、人-岗匹配理论等作为研究工具,结合国内外文献研究成果,针对现象背后的网点资源配置核心问题点进行分析,厘清当前资源配置策略不合理的症结所在,对症下药,提出商业银行资源配置策略优化方案。最后以案例分析的形式,运用B银行某分行案例网点的体量类、客户类、动态类等多种类型数据对网点分类、网点劳动力资源和网点智能化建设等方面进行详细分析,形成B银行某分行的网点资源配置策略优化方案,理论结合实际,体现本文研究结果的实用性和可行性。 
英文摘要:As the main window of foreign business and service of commercial banks, physical outlets of banks have always played an important role in banking business management, customer development, cultural display and personnel training. In recent years, under the guidance of general secretary Xi Jinping's report on the report of the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, new changes have taken place in the domestic economic situation, economic restructuring and upgrading, and accelerated development of financial technology. All these have directly and indirectly led to changes in the banking environment, business scope and customer structure. In order to adapt to the change of business environment and the development of financial science and technology, commercial banks put forward the strategic objectives of comprehensive transformation and digital transformation, and adopted concrete transformation strategy implementation means such as adding business varieties, multi type business integration and self-service equipment deployment, which led to the traditional network operation mode unable to fully cover the new bank business model, and thus produced such as The problems such as the decrease of index completion rate, the decline of staff efficiency, the shortage of service personnel and the increase of customer complaints have seriously affected the customer service ability and external publicity ability of bank outlets, restricted the business marketing and development of bank outlets, and intensified the loss of customers and internal talents. This thesis takes the change of banking business environment and the rapid development of financial technology as the background, takes the comprehensive transformation strategy and digital transformation strategy of commercial banks as the breakthrough point, focuses on the focus problems faced by commercial bank outlets, deeply digs the essence, uses the new network theory, functional finance theory, cook curve theory, person post matching theory as research tools, combines with Based on the literature research results at home and abroad, this thesis analyzes the core problems of the resource allocation of outlets behind the phenomenon, clarifies the crux of the current unreasonable resource allocation strategy, and puts forward the optimization scheme of the resource allocation strategy of commercial banks. Finally, in the form of case analysis, this thesis makes a detailed analysis on the classification, labor resources and intelligent construction of a branch of bank B by using the volume class, customer class, dynamic type and other types of data of a branch of bank B, and forms the optimization scheme of outlets resource allocation strategy of a branch of bank B, which combines theory with practice to reflect the practicability and feasibility of the research results in this thesis.
