中文摘要: “大众创业、万众创新”从国家层面的提出表明了创业创新对实现可持续发展的重要意义。而科技园区作为区域新引擎和特殊的创业场景,在经济规模增长、优化产业布局、增强资源聚集、强化招商引资等多个方面发挥了重要作用,不仅是招商引资平台和产业聚集地,更是发展新兴产业和创业创新的重要基地。如何构建一个良好的科技园区创业生态系统,推进多层次的创业空间体系建设,在使整个科技园区协调发展的同时,也能带动经济增长,激发创业活力,这是目前研究的热点问题。 本研究根据生态学相关理论以及当前国内外科技园区创业生态系统的研究现状,从生态多样性、网络互动性、系统开放性和自我维持性四个评价维度出发,并结合案例园区数据的可获得性,构建相对全面、科学和具有可操作性的科技园区创业生态系统评价体系。在已建立的评价体系基础上,通过专家半结构化访谈的方式,对初步拟定的各项指标进行调整完善。然后通过专家打分,并结合层次分析法的运用,确定各指标权重。结果显示,生态多样性相对更重要,其次分别是网络互动性、自我维持性和系统开放性。进而,本研究以昆明金鼎科技园作为案例研究对象,对评价体系的科学性和有效性进行验证。得分情况显示,昆明金鼎科技园创业生态系统运行处于较好水平,但四个维度之间发展并不均衡,系统开放性、自我维持性和网络互动性都是其需要进一步优化和提升的维度,才能缩小该园区创业生态系统的内部差距。最后,根据案例分析结果,本研究从生态多样性、网络互动性、系统开放性和自我维持性四个角度,逐一给出科技园区创业生态系统的优化完善建议,使其更具有指导和实践意义。 本研究以科技园区作为评价主体,建立较为全面科学合理的科技园区创业生态系统评价体系,能够为创业企业、高校、政府部门等创业生态系统的参与者准确评价其所在创业生态系统的发展现状,从而为后续进行实践决策以及调整、优化创业生态系统提供参考和帮助。 
英文摘要: "Public entrepreneurship, innovation" has been proposed at the national level, which shows the importance of entrepreneurship and innovation for the sustainable development. As a new regional engine and a special entrepreneurial scene, science parks have played an important role in economic growth, optimizing industrial layout, enhancing resource aggregation and strengthening investment promotion. The science park is not only a platform for investment promotion and a gathering place for industries, but also an important base for developing emerging industries, entrepreneurship and innovation. How to build a good entrepreneurial ecosystem of science parks and promote the construction of a multi-level entrepreneurial space system so that while the entire science park develops in a coordinated manner, it can also drive economic growth and stimulate entrepreneurial vitality. This is a hot topic of current research. Based on ecological theory and the current research status of entrepreneurial ecosystems in science parks at home and abroad, this study starts from the four dimensions of ecological diversity, network interactivity, system openness and self-sustainability, and combines with the availability of case park data to build a comprehensive, scientific and operational evaluation system of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in science parks. Based on the evaluation system, this study adjusted and improved the preliminary indicators through semi-structured interviews with experts. Then, through expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process, the weight of each index is determined. The results show that ecological diversity is more important, followed by network interactivity, self-sustainability, and system openness. Furthermore, this study takes Jinding Science Park in Kunming as the case study object to verify the scientificity and availability of the evaluation system. The score shows that the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Jinding Science Park is operating at a good level, but the development is not balanced among the four dimensions. System openness, self-sustainability, and network interactivity are the dimensions that need to be further optimized and improved so as to narrow the internal gap of the park's entrepreneurial ecosystem. Finally, according to the case analysis, this study gives advice on improving and optimizing the entrepreneurial ecosystem of science parks from the four perspectives of ecological diversity, network interactivity, system openness and self-sustainability so as to make it more instructive and practical. This study takes science parks as the evaluation subject to build a more comprehensive, scientific and reasonable evaluation system of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in science parks. It can provide reference and help for participants in entrepreneurial ecosystems such as entrepreneurial enterprises, universities and government departments to evaluate the development status of their entrepreneurial ecosystems accurately and make subsequent practical decisions, as well as to adjust and optimize the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
